Terrible! Tied up in red tape and no one knows what's going on! Someone hacked into my account in…read morethe beginning of October. I was on the phone and on hold then transferred to other departments wasting many hours getting nowhere!! I still don't have access to online banking or telephone banking on the new account they insisted on opening for me. I even spent 45 minutes in the branch with an employee trying to fix the online banking problem and she couldn't do it after calls to multiple departments! The only I accomplished at the branch was finding out that if I want to keep banking there I have to have a verbal password that I give them if I ever have to call and do anything on the phone for the rest of my life. I am a victim of fraud and I'm being punished because PNC is easily hacked. This is the 3rd my Pnc account has been hacked and I've lost money. I have no access to my $$ with my online banking BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE RESET! Transferring everything to another bank to be rid of this mess of a "bank" forever!

Everything was done and faxed to them, but was denied as they called notary and weren't able to reach her. I called notary and spoke to her. Called Discover and asked if they could call her as she was there. Nope, someone from their team would have to reach out. Asked if I could speak to someone from that team . Nope.
