He sent it to collections after 2 months rather than return my phone call. My complaints with him and Allstate have fallen on deaf ears. Is $26.70 worth damaging their customer service reputation? For me, it's about principle.

I'm going on 74 years of age and, yes, retired! My partner passed away a year and a 1/2 ago and we…read morewere a 2-income household. Upon his passing I was left in the financial lurch. We had our 1st home, that we rented. I decided I needed income to sustain myself and so sold the property. At that time I was beginning to dabble in crypto currency and found it a job! This is not what I wanted to do in my retirement. On one of the chat lines someone asked about lock BLOCKWEATHER HOLDINGS. They managed cryptocurrency funds. I found it intriguing and I called and spoke with Patrick Shields, an investment consultant at blockweather. I found him quite personable, easy to talk with, a good listener, and did not rush me off the phone but took all the time I needed. I judged him on my intuition and also on the facts he presented. I decided to take what I received from the sale of my home and invested most of it with him. That was in May of 2017. This is November of 2017 and I have, as of today, doubled my investment! OMG! What more can I say!

The whole crypto market is down so I didn't expect miracles and I knew it was going to be a bumpy ride. Long term I think things will be much better and I'm in this at least until my account recovers its value then I'll re-evaluate. There seems to be a disconnect between the info on their site and in their client portal and the real world. I would have expected better communications or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. There are so few reviews to read the only information out there is published by them.

They are very prompt and organized. Every time I need to send documents somewhere, they are impressed with how organized the bookkeeping is. I hired Angelo & Associates to handle the accounting for my business and expected a straight…read moreforward process, as my company's accountant was fairly straight forward. Unfortunately, the problems began almost immediately. The contract that we had agreed on (and signed) was apparently something that Angelo views as less than rigid - namely the amount to be billed. Instead of the negotiated rate, I received my first invoice for nearly twice the amount agreed. When I attempted to reach the owner of the firm with whom I had set up the contract, he was consistently "unavailable" and left it to his secretary to inform me that the bill was so much higher because of "additional work" that they had not anticipated. Nonetheless, they insisted the amount was valid. While I attempted to resolve this situation amicably, I also allowed them to continue work on my accounting, which was a huge mistake. The costs continued to rack up and when I reviewed the figures they were entering into my tax returns, I found that they were largely fabricated. Rather than continue dealing with the headache, I ended up paying the entirety of the inflated bills and walking away. I can't speak to other businesses dealings with this firm, but based on my experience - run.
