They have always had excellent customer service yet, they have slowly succumbed to the phone tree, where it takes time to get to talk to a live person and you get transferred around a bit. I miss the good old days when they just answered the phone and you didn't have to go through a silly phone tree. They have great rates, which are competitive. Their loans process is quick and easy. The lobby is always warm, clean, and inviting, and staff is almost always friendly and efficient. I love how involved they are in the community and appreciate their support of community events and causes (scholarships, etc). I love their give aways (wrapping paper, calendars, etc). They lose a star because their online banking (desktop and app) are both OUTDATED and somewhat clunky. They have been saying for years they were going to update but it has stayed the same. AND it is frustrating that they charge you 2.50 a month to get a paper copy of your statement. It is a ridiculous and tedious process to remove yourself from that option. I tried calling to do so and was told I had to go online and click through a bunch of stuff to remove myself. I have had an easier time dealing with the IRS and that is saying something, Poor customer service there.
