Wells Fargo Bank - Atm

Wells Fargo Bank

3.14.25: I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 30 years. I've visited this branch several times now…read morein the past year and I've yet to have a negative experience. I'm always greeted and every banker always had a smile. Recently, I found myself in need of a notary service and called here to make sure they did and they said yes, and that I can make an appointment online. So then I went to the main Wells Fargo website and logged into my account and clicked on "make an appointment." I chose the branch I wanted to go to, clicked on the notary option, and scheduled an appointment for the day and time convenient for myself. I also got an email confirmation of my appointment. The process is pretty simple and straight forward. On a side note, you can also do this on the Wells Fargo app if you have that. When I walked in for my appointment, Erika, was ready for me. She was really nice and personable and made the entire notary process easy-going from beginning to end. When I asked about the nearest photo copy store, she had no problem making a photo copy to keep for my own records and even gave me an envelope. That was really nice of her and she didn't have to do that, so I was really appreciative. The kicker of it all is, at the end of the appointment when I was asking how much does this service cost--I was surprised to find out that Wells Fargo offers notary service at no charge as long as you're a Wells Fargo customer with an account.

Do you like sitting on hold for hours and hours only to reach a person who rudely states "Not my problem". Do you enjoy being yelled at by bank employees at 8:00 AM? Do you enjoy wasting time leaving multiple voicemails only to have them deleted without a return call? In fact, you can make an appointment for a call only for it to go to voicemail with no return call. But the next day they will mail a unsigned form threat to you. After giving up on voicemails there is always written correspondence that apparently is thrown in the trash since there is never a response. It you like being stonewalled and lied to on a massive scale then this is the place for you. They have Jordyn, who likes letters after her name, to lie to you about the multiple phone calls never made and multiple letters never sent. The bank can apparently delete voicemail and throw away letters and they never happened. The DFI stated one might have to reach out to upper management to resolve issues. I tried that. Apparently John B, branch manager threw my certified letters away. No contact; bad look! Then Jordyn lied and said I never tried to contact anyone. This was sent in addition to the ones I sent to the branch regular mail. I also sent several certified letters to Carla C, Pres/CEO with no response. Again, not a good look. I sent copies of all letters to BBB. They didn't happen; ask Jordyn. Jordyn knows more about certified mail delivery than the USPS. They choose which calls to acknowledge. Yelling at me for 20 min at 8:00 doesn't count. They did admit to one from my daughter but claimed a different conversation than she reported. According to my lawyer since they own the recording they can claim what the want ; they can even lie. They can even dice and splice the comments. I have since contested Jordyn's response at the BBB but after a week she has still refused to respond. This issue could have been resolved months ago if someone had taken the time to speak to use when we called and followed through on what they had agreed to . Instead we got a rude, condescending, and demeaning attitude from the top down. A commercial bank is far preferable to this travesty of a credit union.

This is a smaller branch, and are staffed accordingly. Sometimes they can get a little busy with the small amount of people they have working, but they acknowledge everyone as quickly as possible and keep things moving pretty well. Overall, they do a pretty good job just like most other STCU branches. One thing that sets this branch apart is that they built this building with environmentally friendly practices. Excess building materials were recycled, the building materials were all gathered from no further than 500 miles away to reduce transportation emissions, and the building was designed to use less energy. I am no tree hugger, but when a business puts in the extra effort and cost in the short term to reduce costs and environmental impact in the long term, I really respect that. Well done, STCU.

STCU is known for charging their customers $5 randomly and it's ridiculous. I can have my credit card paid off and they charge for a fee and then I'm paying a interest rate when I haven't used...like wtf. $50 here $50 there they are hella sneaky, I suggest you check your statements when you have a lot of transactions that's when they sneak the charge in. I don't recommend them for a bank. Previously I had a loan through them and they tried to add $900 to my loan and get away with it and when I called they said oh that's not right, obviously they like to charge extra and hope they will get away with it. Pathetic bank they just take take take and not care about their customers

They have free accounts and super easy auto loan policies which is nice…read more On auto loans, if you need to skip a month, you can pay a tiny fee that allegedly goes to charity to skip the month with no fines or hits to your credit. That is pretty nice. If that is all you want from them, they are 5 stars. They have terrible rates on savings accounts and things like money market accounts. Go online and get "high yield" savings or money market accounts. They pay at least two orders of magnitude more. If you want a mortgage, run away screaming. "The home of the no-frills home loan". Some time ago, I got a mortgage here. It was relatively pain-free and quick which is good. The bad parts? It was a VA loan and didn't participate in any state programs for first-time buyers which would have been so helpful to me. The VA even allows a small bit extra for energy upgrades. Nope, Numerica doesn't do that. If you are a first-time buyer and want to take advantage of state programs, look elsewhere. The worst parts? I forget the loan officer's name but she was rude and very condescending. She even mocked me during close when I was very nervous and asking questions. The escrow company made a mistake in the paperwork they sent over to Numerica, which blindly forwarded it to me. It stated I would get a lot more money back, then I put in escrow. I crunched the numbers and found the error. The escrow company self-corrected and Numerica sent the correct version to me. No problem? Wrong. Since Numerica sent the email, I responded to my loan officer and said the numbers were wrong. She replied that they were correct and when she sent the updated documents I asked her what went wrong and she pretended that nothing wrong happened. She is a complete, unprofessional clown. The absolute worse thing, which is unforgivable is that Numerica prattles on about how they are a small credit union and not an evil large bank. So what did they do with my loan? Sold it to one of the most incompetent and evil banks in existence: BB&T. After they told me they were selling it to a local broker. Now, you may not know BB&T. They are a large southern bank, as evil as Bank of America and twice as incompetent. They keep screwing up my escrow account, making me pay hundreds more every month than I need to cover P&I, insurance, and property taxes. On the order of $2000 a year more. Every single year, they screw it up and the last screwup took over a year to fix, and the "fix" is a smaller over-payment but an over-payment nonetheless. I think next year, they will refund about $700 for the year if I stay with them. So they are slowly getting better, I guess. Of course, that is money that sits there, with no interest. I need to get rid of my escrow account, it is a scam. Being a bank from the southeastern US, there are no branches and no offices anywhere near Spokane and of course, they are difficult to get a hold of. Happily, I am going through refinancing with a competent and ethical local credit union and so will be ditching Numerica and BB&T forever.

I have never seen…read moremore terrible operations or customer service in all my life and the deplorable way they treated my wife was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. My wife opened a new checking account here because she needed a place where I could deposit money for her to use as she is s stay at home mom. This bank is very close to our new house, so it seemed like the best option. After her online application was approved, she went to the branch to get her debit card. While she was there getting her new card she asked the teller if the account had free counter checks so that she could pay bills from the account that requires a paper check. The teller told her no, but that counter checks were available for purchase. So my wife decides to buy a sheet (4 checks) but then things get weird. The teller looking at her account that she had just opened hours prior had no money in it yet. And she very rudely informed my wife that they could not sell her counter checks until a deposit had been made. So my wife agrees and says she will make a small deposit and purchase the checks at the same time. Then the teller changes policy yet again and goes to her supervisor to approve this, not 1 but 2 different people! When she comes back, she says that the bank cannot sell her the checks until there is more transaction history then a single deposit. But then proceeds to try and sell her an entire checkbook of checks! My wife declined knowing that I would be making a deposit into her account that night and she woul be able to purchase counter checks afterwards on another day. But then to the world's surprise when I arrive to make a deposit into her account, the account had not only been restricted, but also closed! For what? And they didn't even have the decency to call or even email my wife to tell her that's what they were doing! Over some counter checks? That 99 percent of banks will give you free at least a few per year. But she was going to buy these! She actually cried over this just so you people are aware, and she still has no idea why banking staff would treat her in such a way. This place needs to shut down this last location, it's clear why none of them save this one branch have survived in Washington! Absolutely disgusted! Take your business anywhere but this screwed up place!
