They charged us an extra $100 dollars because they said that the 3 hour window counts for 30 minutes of travel, yet we still completed the entire move within 3 hours with my help and multiple breaks by them.

I've had several good experiences with Two Guys but have been disappointed by my recent move with them. It was a two-day move: packing and loading on the first day and loading and delivering on the second day. They failed to tell me they were going to drop off a load at the new house on the second day before coming to the old house to finish loading and delivering, so they were at the new house with a truckful and no way to get in while I was waiting for them at the old house. That threw off the rest of the day. But worse, as I unpack wardrobe boxes now, I see that - despite my specific request at the outset that they NOT put extra items in the bottoms of the wardrobes - that's exactly what they did: crammed all kinds of unrelated stuff in the bottoms. Difficult to fish out, everything is wrinkled and disheveled, and I'm in chaos trying to sort it. I had booked this move two months in advance and planned down to the last detail, but I guess poor service wins in the end.

I will substantiate this statement below: 1) The movers arrived 3 hours late. 2) They were not very experienced, and given the tardiness, I had to physically collaborate in doing a job that I paid you to complete. 3) Although I complied with their request for detailed list of what was going be moved with extreme due diligence, the truck that was sent or the way that it was loaded, did not allow to take all my belongings. This had me returning three times to the old housing to complete the move by myself. 4) Movers did not bring tools to disassemble the two beds. Fortunately, the ones they borrowed from me seemed to work. 5) The move could not be completed in the day that it was hired for. Therefore, they had to return on the following day. 6) Finally, the reassemble of the single bed was not done properly, and it is now hazardous to use it. 7) When complained in writing the company did not even respond...
