That can lead to a dryer crust which is pretty typical for the style. It's crispy and the topping ratio really matters. This place hit. The dough was super crispy and the toppings mad up about 2/3rds of the bite. The Italian beef was really good, the pickle was alright. The sauce seemed broken and mealy.
