Our family situation was complicated, with authorizations needing to come from multiple people, one family member overseas, and a grieving mother who needed extra time and support. At every step, their staff was kind, respectful, and understanding. They answered our questions, guided us through the process, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. After initially working with another provider that added stress during an already overwhelming time, finding the Cremation Society of Maryland felt like finding people who genuinely cared about helping families through difficult circumstances. We are deeply grateful for their professionalism, empathy, and the dignity with which they helped us care for our loved one. Thank you for making a painful process a little easier for our family.

I think the prices are really reasonable in this day and age when we still have to print things for marketing purposes and it's always nice as a local business versus a FedEx or Kinko and the service here is superior. They let you see a proof and they are really communicative.

We needed 5,000 copies total of two designs, for a fundraising gala, J H Furst Co, not only gave us the best prices, they also gave us the fastest time for printing and delivery. Robin, who does the actual printing was also amazing, the day of printing my team realized there had been a mistake on our invitation address, we reached Robin, and she fixed the error in record time before printing started. Our order was a time sensitive one, as we only had one week to have the invitations ready and sent. We got the invitations in record time of two days. They have the option for courier delivery, and we took it (5 our delivery with invitations). I can't emphasize how great this company, and the people working in it, are. I will use J H Furst Co for all our printing needs.
