Went with money in hand to purchase a zero turn mower. Staff was extremely rude, most standing around looking the other way when we wanted to see a zero turn. There was no other customers at the time of our visit. The staff could not be bothered to help with the purchase of a zero turn due to it was not one of their big expensive tractors. We will not ever try to do business with this company. Very poor customer service. read more

Customer service is non-existent. Purchased over $30,000.00 worth of equipment from owner Cecil Wright, great person to work with. But Cecil has retired and now his son Chris is running the business and has absolutely no idea about how service the customer. They are very transaction oriented and once the sale is made you are own your own! The do not stand behind their products or parts. Parts have failed that I have purchased from them, attempted to return them for replacement or refund and was given the run around, Chris said it was Briggs & Stratton's fault and they are to blame...but still not replacement, refund or follow up. I would advise anyone wanting to make a purchase from them to find a tractor dealership that has great customer service, service after the sale!! read more

Took my Husqvarna weedeater in last week to get serviced, they quoted me $40. I go to pick it up in the slap me with $129 bill. I got no call saying that more was needed to get my weedeater running, no communication whatsoever. The guy at the service counter said I'm sorry I should've called. I call and talk to the manager and all he said is I'm sorry we must've forgotten. As a business owner you could've at least ate some of that labor charge to do what's right for the customer considering you just nickel and dime. read more

They had a Kubota tractor/mower with a front end loader which was exactly what I was looking for so I drover down from Edmond to see. I took my Echo chain saw with me to have serviced. (Just bought a $600 backpack blower from them a month go). Kubota looked great and so did the price so I went inside. Took the chainsaw to the service desk. One worker and 4 people waiting in line so it took awhile. Finally got to the counter and was told that if I didn't buy it there, they wouldn't work on it and even if I did buy it there, it would be several weeks. Those are NOT good customer service answers and not what they advertise on their website and not what I was told when I bought the blower. If my blower ever needs serviced, I may have problem because I will never set foot in Wright Tractors again. read more

Bought a TYM 603 in 2014. Took it in for warranty work and it took them 8 months to decide a new engine was required. Put 60 hours on the new engine and same thing happened, stripped oil pump idler pulley, hydraulic drive gear and cam gear. The engine was still under the 12 month warranty and they decided to no longer work on TYM tractors. I would not recommend this business for products or maintenance. read more

Took a pressure washer here for warrenty work, it took 3 weeks for them to look at it called to check on it told to leave my name and number and rhey would call me after repeting this for 4 days found out that it will be a couple of weeks and it will be ready told it was ready whent to pick it up told another day. Then picked it up i was working 7 days a week so didnt use it for 2 weeks filled it wirh gas and it just flooded out on the ground, went back and rhe fixed it again in a few hours .havent tried it yet but i will never go back way to much attention to every detial to make this place worth it again good luck if you do read more

Bought recondition Hinomoto C174 in the Summer of 2013. Tachometer stopped working and back axel leak almost immediately. After 50 hours put up for winter in shop. This Spring started up and oil everywhere as oil filter forced against case and split, then fuel filter holder broke, again pushed to hard against case. Drove a few hours and water pump split. Cecil told us how great and reliable this tractor was but nothing but things going wrong. Now they don't care and after sales service is really bad. Was told that to fix pump would take 3 weeks and actually took 4 weeks. Would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. read more
