I do not typically write reviews but felt compelled to write one about this practice. From the…read moremoment I entered the office, I was made to feel important and like I was a priority. The receptionist was AMAZING! She worked really hard to ensure that all of my needs were met. The Dental Hygienists and other support staff were exceptional. They were kind, accommodating, patient and professional. I also love how thorough, patient, and understanding Dr. Burgess was. He took the time to review/explain to me the issues I was having with my teeth and described in detail how he would address my dental concerns. He and his staff were also able to examine my son who is autistic which speaks volumes given our experiences in other practices. My overall experience here was exceptional. If you have a dentist, leave and come here. If you are fearful of dentists, come here. If you have children who have some social challenges, come here! I promise you won't regret it. I can go on and on but will stop here but again, if you wish to have your dental needs met in a clean, warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere, then I recommend Dr. Burgess because my experience here was wonderful.

My mom went in for a cleaning same day as me and also had to come back for fillings. she got them filled and everything was fine but after my experience i told her we NEEDED to switch. just had a dentist appointment today at a different office (burton dental AMAZING place i 100% suggest) and they told my mom she now needs a root canal on that exact tooth because they didn't take out the rotted part properly and just filled right over it! we are now 1,000 down because she now needs an entire operation when we went to avoid this exact issue. needless to say do not go to this office, the staff is nice but the work is terrible. if you wanna spend more money than you got and never get it back be my guest! we are contacting lawyers because of this.

I called my regular dentist and they wouldn't have been able to see him for a couple of days. I came across this practice through an internet search and called them. They made an appointment for him the same day within the hour! I've never been able to get an appointment that quickly with my own dentist. They are true their claim that emergencies are seen the same day, even if you're not a regular patient. My dad ended up needing a root canal and he said Dr. Schmitt did a great job. He went back for a follow up in a week and Dr. Schmitt was very knowledgeable and able to answer all his questions. Highly recommended practice if you're in the market for a new dentist!

I call other dental practices and they make new patients wait months sometimes, regardless of pain or the situation. But Dr. Ebrahim and her staff can always fit me in weather it's an emergency or a routine cleaning. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and will do anything in her ability to help.
