Was told at the point I paid that the amount I was paying would be the only thing I would have to pay I was told that EVERYTHING was covered, it was not an estimate this was the amount I was told. Today I go in and they want an additional 700.00 I would have paid until the insurance lady got snippy with me when I asked for an explanation of why they wanted more money. I will never go back

At this point I do not have a rating. I have had nothing but pain, infections and now a broken…read moretooth from a bridge that was put on a tooth that was obviously still had an infection. I was given back my money but left with a broken tooth that has to be removed and replaced with new bone. I spoke to the office manager several times and submitted the dental plan and costs to fix what they broke! At this point I still have heard nothing. I would like someone from corporate to contact me and see what can be worked out to help rectify their incompetency. My next step is to contact an attorney for malpractice. The sad thing is that I have been going to this dentist office for over 20 years and never experienced anything like this. Lori Ballance
