I spoke to the office manager several times and submitted the dental plan and costs to fix what they broke! At this point I still have heard nothing. I would like someone from corporate to contact me and see what can be worked out to help rectify their incompetency. My next step is to contact an attorney for malpractice. I get the policy and why its in place, but seriously, we are talking about over 30 yrs. The reason I feel this way is because I have also purchased so many products from them like a water pik etc which is very expensive and I know they make something off that stuff or they wouldn't be selling it. Its just disappointing because every case should be evaluated individually!
