Burau of Grand Blanc, it is a more unfriendly and impersonal place to be treated. All of Dr. Boyd's faithful staff have been discharged and replace by younger, but inconsistent staff, wedded to other facilities in Grand Blanc. Office hours are limited because they share staff with the Grand Blanc facility. They have changed the physical look and feel of the office, now you are treated in a more open environment, where everyone and hear what is going on in the next cubicle/treatment area. You have to put on headphones, and other strange devises. It is all very odd.

They keep billing the wrong insurance company for 2 years straight!
