I was not afforded the opportunity at the dealership to have the car placed on a lift to inspect it from underneath nor receive a signed declaration by the mechanic as to the verified condition of the vehicle. The vehicle upon further inspection and at a minimum, requires that the left-rear exhaust pipe and muffler be replaced due to rust holes, the engine receive a thorough tune-up because it will not idle, once the A/C is turned on, the A/C and blower fan are non-functional and either need to be repaired or replaced and the A/C system may not have been actually converted from R12 to R134 refrigerant, the right-side power-window is noisy, creaky and only semi-functional. The dealership was paid the asking price as advertised and all that I am asking for is that the vehicle be competently repaired, bringing it up to the mechanical standard it was said to be in at the time of sale, and that the repairs be performed in a timely manner, that is convenient to me, the new owner of the car, a one-hundred percent disabled, honorably-retired, former Paratrooper, Special Forces MSG / 1SG, and Delta Force combat veteran-Sniper Team Leader. Gary was the first person I spoke with when calling to inquire about the car. He was very friendly and straight forward with me and gave me all of the needed information to call my bank for the loan. When I finally made the appointment to see and test drive the car, Gary and Matt were very willing to answer all of my questions and concerns, and worked with me to get "Lucille" home. I later received a very poor response that did not even address my questions and was sent from someone's iphone. Eight hours later, I sent another msg using the web form and this time I received a phone call stating many excuses whey they did not reply to my question. Was too busy, gets too many emails and does not have time. This same phone call also made it clear the vehicle for sale was not ready for sale and now all of a sudden, it needs work done to it yet the ad clearly states everything is working great and ready to drive today. Scam? Not sure - probably just lazy or does not care. The reason does not matter to us, when it comes to spending money that no one has too much of these days - we at least want to make sure it is worth it. Perhaps go elsewhere. At least other dealers pretend to care for a little while.

If something was wrong with the vehicle, he would look up the part value and deduct from the price. (I found an inoperative window motor). My car ran awesome then and still does now 2 months later. The guys their were very helpful with everything in the buying process. I my tire were a little low cuz the car had been there awhile-they serviced them. They took great care to remove all the sale stickers. Sent me off with a full tank of gas and took care of all the dmv paperwork. He was constantly offering me and my pregnant wife water or sodas from his fridge which shows a lot about his customer service. They have a good assortment of used cars and they are fair-to-great condition. They also offer free car fax reports. If u are not getting a response by email, stop being a panzee and call them!
