My bike went in for routine maintenance with no oil leak. Now it has one. Three important screws were missing, including one in the fairing that I only noticed while detailing the bike. My speakers worked before service, but after whatever disconnect they said they installed, they no longer function. The seals around the fairing were not reinstalled correctly. The rubber seal around the fuel tank was also put back improperly. My brake light and turn signals are now malfunctioning and hyper flashing. I also had to buy a new battery right after their service. The work took far too long, communication was poor throughout the process, and now I'm going to have to pay the shop down the street to fix everything and do it right. As a Harley owner, this whole experience was a nightmare.
