They have consistently been the friendliest, most professional repair service I have encountered in my half-century of RV ownership. They do a superb job of fixing things that are "broke," but if it ain't broke, they won't pretend to fix it; they'll explain how to make it work without charge. They installed a custom towing rig, allowing me to tow my Maverick hybrid, which has worked like a charm. When they do make a repair, it generally stays repaired, but if not, they stand by their work and will make it right. They are honest, personable, and charge very reasonable fees. In short, they are about as good as an RV repair shop can get!

None of the 3 slides would work. I am a (retired) mechanic by trade and was attempting to repair it myself. Pete called me prior to coming out to ensure it had the type of hydraulics he was familiar with then walked me through the trouble shooting. We concluded that it was possibly the pump cavitation.
