ZERO follow through type of business - owner is like a retarded child and lacks the ability to properly communicate with adults
A little back story...
This entire engagement started off from another shops past experiences with this company, Harrold at Xtreme Auto Lighting used him previously to decal / wrap his company vehicle(s). And based on reviews, he also worked with Kennesaw Pawn, a shop I'm quite familiar with as my FFL dealer.
With all the referrals I automatically assumed we wouldn't have any issues, and Craig would end up working on all my cars, so the process of design was kicked off on my Jeep JT (Gladiator), as this lead on, I had started to forward him "Craig" my plans for my Porsche, and C8 Corvette.
Engagement and Project Planning
Initial assessment post decal work wasn't pretty, it was drop-down horrible, the details of the issue was all over the place and I'm attaching images to reflect them all. Now, to be honest, Craig did look over the final product and agreed to address it, which he 100% did.
It was at this point I figured this guy is a man of his word - that wasn't long lived.
So, after he corrected the initial decal work, I exchanged my Jeep JT with my Porsche. Upon arrival or drop off, I hadn't noticed a full shop and assumed mine would be done within the week, boy was I off on that assumption, but at the time, we continued to go over my ideas and plan based on those (images attached).
It wasn't until a few weeks of back & forth went on where I started to feel a little funny about this, as if some of what he's responding with wasn't truly honest. Several attempts to better understand the status of my Porsche's vinyl decals went on, the owner "Craig" continued to lead me on with all sorts of excuses, and I believed him, as I assumed he was a man of his word and understood a "Gentlemen's Agreement".
Pay attention to Craig stating "she will be ready next week for sure" dated on August 20, 2025 (see image 26)
Listen up, this guy is like a retarded child playing games with zero backbone to simply be honest with his customers.
In the end, I had no choice, and I messaged him that I would be picking up my car (see image 26). His response was a childish "thumps up", like is that the new man way of communication. He wasn't even there when I went to pick it up, the contact that was there told him he went out on another vacation, or break. That's one the excuses he had used previously.
I still get a kick out of his retarded childish "thumbs up" response and laugh my A$$ off as he assumed he was going to STEAL my Deposit money. SURPRISE! - AMEX loves MY business. read more
