Took it to my mechanic in town and he kindly showed me how the rear drums were 80% and still in great condition. Ended up fixing the front brake pad where only one side was working, which ended up correcting the steering issue. Long story short, I paid $370 to fix all of the same issues that were quoted a crazy amount at Meineke. Take it to your local shop if you want to avoid unnecessary and expensive services. They're fast and give a detailed report but if you aren't knowledgeable about cars you're paying for a bunch of BS.
