They call back and make space in the schedule on short notice. You will not get better service anywhere else in Nashua. We needed odd tires for boat trailers and Barry found what we needed and maximized our budget to get what we needed. I've also had to call them on the day before Thanksgiving and had Barry rummage around in his warehouse to find what I needed. Most other vendors I've dealt with wouldn't have even been open. The prices and hourly labor rates were all about the same. The work was primarily bodywork. They had promised me that the work would be done in a week, which proved optimistic. They also had a hard time getting back to me with the status. They did an excellent job communicating with my insurance company and car rental company, and were generally courteous and cooperative, but were weak at returning calls.
