They always clean the floors, bathrooms, dust and wipe down surfaces. If they have time, they'll vacuum the couch, clean the fridge or oven, or other things. They do such a good job - way more thorough and efficient than what we would do ourselves. Communicating with the owner is easy. We usually text, but will occasionally call. Notes are taken in our profile so our preferences are recorded for anyone who comes. Billing is automatic from our credit card, and I am emailed a receipt. Their prices rarely change. In fact, our price was kept the same for years. I spoke with the owner and she admitted that the price for our house would be over double what we were paying! We agreed that she should increase our rates; however, it was clear that all of us value one another. I value PQ Cleaning and they value us and our regular business!
