I've spent thousands last season with them to install several shrubs, mulch, a sizable tree, and to perform weekly lawn cutting. After giving them all of this landscaping activity they sheepishly did not stand behind their work. I also had a sprinkler system section that they installed, set up watering timing, plus maintained, and the owner had the striking audacity to accuse me of not watering enough. One tree he and his crew installed cost over $700 and it never bloomed on a single branch. Now he has turned his back after I've spent well over $4,000 with his company, and he refused to replace the dead tree he assured me would bloom in May. It did not! I even agreed to pay his cost and labor for a replacement tree - he never showed up and reneged on his promise to replace the dead tree. As if this wasn't bad enough, the lawn cutting crew abruptly stopped showing up to cut the lawn. The owner also never provided me with notification that lawn cutting services would be halted. What does this tell you about his immense lack of credibility and failure to provide reasonable and adequate customer service? Frankly, the weekly lawn cutting services have been shoddy at best as the mulch they installed gets spread about the lawn after every cutting because of their reckless lawn cutting and crew carelessness. This company has proven in a major way how deceitful and dishonest they are. The prices I was quoted initially for various landscaping products were increased soon after I became a regular customer. Surprisingly, I caught them more than once charging for lawn cuts they did not make....hmmm! When I initially talked with the owner about performing this multi-phased and comprehensive landscaping opportunity he called and engaged with me frequently, but now he hides and doesn't return my calls or texts to address the issues in a professional manner. In October of 2019, I first contacted Yanni about landscaping work. I requested quite a bit of work…read moreto be done. It involved the removal of a Japanese maple tree in the front yard, removal of about 12 bushes, grinding any stumps that may be present, removal of brush from the front and side, and removal of all rock in the front and back yard, taking care of disposal. Additionally, the ground was to be leveled, adding soil where necessary to help level it out. After Yanni provided a reasonable estimate, I asked him if he could replace some of the bushes with lower-maintenance bushes and have a walkway placed in. We both agreed to the terms and Yanni started his work. Fast forward to November 3rd, which was supposed to be the last day of work and when everything would be finished up. There were sprinklers placed that were supposed to go off once a day, around 11:45-12:00 every day. Because of an early cold-spell, the germination did not take place. When I took a look outside to take a look, I was disappointed by the amount of rock that was still remaining on the front yard and was disappointed with the walkway that Yanni considered "complete". A couple 4x4's along the side of pavers stones was considered a completed job. Yanni mentioned following up after winter, but never did. It was a constant battle of me messaging him and him having some excuse about why things could not happen. Take a look for yourself at some of the "high quality" work that Yanni and his team left behind. These were pictures **after** the rock removal and after he placed soil and seed the first time. I cannot speak for his lawn maintenance work, but I would never use Yanni again for anything significant.

When we're not we will make it right, no questions asked," getting a response from Tyler, the owner, telling me he will call to see how we can improve the situation, then NEVER CALLED all because NICK, the supervisor at ATA Lawn and Landscape LLC wants me to pay for the material/labor needed to cover the area in question with additional stone to fill in the bare spots. Insisting I pay more money just because the materials needed for the promised work was miscalculated is against NJ law as well.
