When agreed and confirmed, he showed up early the next morning at 8 with a contract and started getting to work, he had materials ordered and delivered in the same day. The projects we had took a day and a half to complete, but they are gorgeous and the price for everything is very fair. Our neighbors have been asking for the contact information. Thank you SO much, Mario and company this has been a dream of ours for a long time!!

Connor is absolutely amazing. He showed up. Listened patiently. Worked with us. Did the work. And…read morepersisted till he produced the result. And our situation was complicated by the fact that he had to satisfy both us and our adjoining neighbors. We had a shared drainage issue and the only way it could be eliminated was if they were equally satisfied with the plan and it's execution. And we were. I would unconditionally recommend him.

The bottom line about Storms Land Services is that Connor is a professional, hard worker who…read morecharges a fair price for his excellent service. Connor is by far one of the best contractors I've ever hired. From the consultation all the way through to the completion of the project he was absolutely professional on every front. We have been having water issues in our back and side yards. Our backyard has a pretty decent slope to it and the water would pool between our patio and playground. Connor came out and did a through inspection of the property and advised installing a catch basin in the back yard that would dump out into the street as well as a French drain to handle the soggy side yard. When we informed Connor that we'd be using him he told me he'd rethought some things about the project. Just the idea that he'd put additional thought into our situation before we'd signed a contract made me feel like he really cared about helping us. Throughout the project we kept remarking about how efficient and thorough his work was. Every day he cleaned up after himself and made sure any digging was filled back in. I've never hired someone who has worked as hard as Connor. I cannot say enough how grateful we were for his meticulousness and professionalism. A few days after all the pipes had been laid down we had a decent bout of rain in the morning. Usually this would mean a small pond in our backyard and our side yard would be marshland for days. We had no pooling in the backyard and when I checked the side yard at about 2 pm the ground was almost dry. I was hopeful that it would work but I was astonished at how well it worked. On top of all of the high quality, thoughtful work I think the price Connor charged was absolutely fair. If you have any issues that Connor can solve do not hesitate to hire him!

I had such high hopes for this company after all of the advertisements I have heard over the years…read moreon local sports and talk radio. However, this being my first year, did not go well. They let you know by email ONLY when a tech is coming out, so if you are super busy and haven't got to your email in a few days, that visit can throw you off, both financially(if paying per visit) and scheduling wise. For example, there was a visit this Summer where my Wife was doing in-home tutoring and saw that a tech had shown and when she went to say "hello" he was rude and said "Why do you seemed surprise to see me?" Who, in a professional job, when you front-face people as NLA's first line of impression, talks like that? Overall, she said she was just rude. To make matters worse, we signed up for the extra $60 a visit mosquito treatments and the mosquitos were WORSE. My Wife and kids were getting bit up like crazy, even after two months of whole perimeter application. Just overall a disappointment in my book. Will reach out to the local competition and hope you guys have a better experience with NLA.

I have to start off by stating that I've only been with the service for less than a year. Prior to…read moreswitching to this service, I was using another well-known competitor who was nothing but garbage for 2 years, I wasted money with them. Bret has been my technician throughout the year. He has been nothing but pleasant, helpful, and super friendly. When I bought my house 3 years ago, I had no grass at all. I personally grew it. Needless to say, my lawn has been my baby. I take pride in a very green grass. Bret has been applying weed control and helping the grass grow (I put in a new patio and fence recently and had to grow new grass around the outside and perimeter). I have already referred my friend to NaturaLawn. I will continue referring people to use this service as I have seen a tremendous difference in weeds. Keep up the great work! Thank you Bret!
