Try their grilled pork banh mi and tuna banh mi with GARLIC BREAD. The baguettes are so crunchy, flakey on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. If you like your banh mi extra creamy- ask for pâté- the rich nuttiness balances out the spiciness of the jalapeños. Grilled pork is my go-to order, but I've been loving the tuna one as well! They do also have some sweet pastry and some savory snack options. The shop was clean and spacious. It has some seating in here. It was pretty empty when we got here. They do have a happy hour 3-6 pm for two types of drinks (but all I remember is jasmine tea), in which the drinks are $4 each. Considering it seems most of their drinks land in the $6-$8 realm, this is a good deal. Service was very friendly and the staff member who helped me was informative. It's just as well seasoned and tasty, they also bake these in square shapes so if you buy both flavors you know which is which. Pork pate chaud: the classic, this one is round and quite good here. Nice crispy layered pastry without too much butter and flavorful poor inside.

About 3-4 hours after eating, I experienced the most severe diarrhea and vomiting of my life. This went on for 24 hours and left me completely drained. I'm not sure what went wrong with the food's sanitation, but something was seriously off. While the flavor was great, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. And the ranch was not hidden valley brand, which was a plus for me. Also, canned and bottled beverages were available, so we were able to enjoy a soda and beer with our meal. FYI, they sell more than just yummy pizza on their menu, but they were out of the steak kabobs on a Wednesday around dinner time, so I'm not sure if they typically run out of stuff here.

I came right before going to the SAP center for a concert and I was shocked to see how dead it was. Anyways, I ordered garlic knot bread and a pepperoni slice. The garlic knot bread was ok. They were cold. A little reheating wouldn't hurt. The slice itself was fine. Huge but a little more on the oily side for my liking. Everything was mid at best but I feel like for what San Jose has to offer, this place can definitely improve, especially how much I paid.

He also offers hot honey which is included with the order! It's wood-fired too which is my favorite type of pizza! The only downside is that it's a pop-up business/catering service so you need to contact the owner where the business will be hosting. First off, the location is fantastic, plenty of parking and the restaurant is modern beautiful and so clean!
