They offer snacks and have a tv there with Hulu and Netflix to take your mind off of what you are going through. They also have WiFi, so you can bring your computer or do things on your phone. One thing started off bad was that I was not picked up by the staff they just called me an Uber and I was waiting at the airport for over 30 minutes. They say that they take you to all your appointments and drop off your prescriptions and everything you need is taken care of. After my surgery I had a complication and I needed to go back to the clinic. Max had told me she would drop me off but I was responsible for the ride back. This is three days after surgery. I was heavily medicated and could hardly function on my own. I was crying and very upset and had to call myself an Uber to take me back to the house. The traffic is so bad that each way is about an hour even though it's only 12 miles away from the clinic I went to. Then I needed to drop off an additional prescription. She told me she was not going to take me there or drop off the prescription for me and I would have to do it on their own and Uber. I'm walking around in a nightgown heavily medicated stumbling at Walgreens. I developed necrosis after my surgery I asked everyone that was there if it looked normal and they said it was fine I was just part of my healing process. I didn't feel that was accurate. Clearly they aren't experienced or knowledgeable about any type of surgical complications that can happen. They barely even had any supplies that I needed. They have different people working different shifts. It's only one person at a time. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone when you need them. It felt like I was being a nuisance every time I had to call someone to get me something or help me get up out of bed. Every time I needed some thing it seems like nobody knew where anything was. They don't even provide you with a towel and you have to bring your own.They do not have a paging system where you can call for help. They expect you to use your cell phone to send a text message whenever you need them to come for assistance. They say there's 24/7 care however in the middle of the night they're sleeping and there were multiple times where I needed help and had to sit there and text and call when I could hardly move my arms or see straight. They should have someone available to you to help you in the middle of the night. The last day I was there I was crying and begged for the lady to pick up my prescription that I had to drop off on my own. They gave me the feeling that I was all alone and we're not comforting at all. There is one girl name Kendra and she was very nice. Also yvonne was very nice, however again I just felt like it was disorganized and nobody knew where anything was and it was hard to get a hold of them. I really was bothered by the fact that I had to call my own ride to drop off a prescription and get myself back from the clinic. I spent days crying because of my situation and it was almost like they were dismissive of my situation and tried to tell me that I was fine like I was just overreacting. After I got back home I went to the emergency room and I had a severe situation that is requiring me to have reconstructive surgery. I don't know if this is how all the recovery houses are in Miami but unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for someone to recover.

Right before my surgery on March 17, 2022, the house coordinator (Julian A. Miyares) texted me to let me know that their house was shot down and that I needed to find a new recovery house. No further explanation was given (refund of the 4-day stay still pending as of March 23, 2022). I only had a two-day window to find a place, and no funds available since Glamorous House did not offer a suitable replacement. Hotel booking and nurses were out of the question (hotel room and a 24-hour nurse cost $1,200.00 on average for a daily rate. I looked everywhere!) Other recovery houses average cost was $250-300 dollars per day and most were already booked on such a short notice and they required a 3-day stay minimum (I could not afford those many days since all my money was still tied up with Glamorous House). I finally received a call back from EOS and Cindy kindly listened to my story. They offered to work with me and booked me for a two-day stay (that was all I could afford!). The day of my surgery, Cristina was there at the clinic patiently waiting for them to release me (they made her wait for all that long, and she still had other ladies to go fetch from other facilities). When we finally made it to the recovery house, it was very late, and there was still the issue of my medicine. Cristina had to drive back to the pharmacy at a very late hour, and found out that my insurance was not covering my pain medication. At that point, I was in excruciating pain for several hours. Cristina was on the clock for more than 18 hours but decided to stay until the issue was resolved and brought the medication to me. I have no words to describe how much I appreciated her. She was a hero to me at that moment! I wish I had originally booked my stay with EOS. Their staff was well-trained and compassionate, ready to assist me. I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

This Assisted Living Facility/Retirement Home usually accepts residents over the age of 60 and…read morethose who are capable of being independent. It's not very homey and looks more like a medical facility at times, but the administrator, Maria, has this place working beautifully! It might not look like the prettiest place, but the staff and residents all help around the facility. They even help other residents, if need be, like if they were all family or siblings. Maria is dependable; anything you need she is there helping you or giving it to you immediately. The amount of love and care she gives each resident is so mesmerizing, you can tell that she loves her job. The actual facility itself has always been clean and full of staff. The rooms usually have about 2 beds is it's a small room, if not it's about 4 to 5 people in each room.This facility is not locked, the residents are free to roam around if they are capable of getting back without getting lost. They do watch for their residents that are not able to go out and make sure they don't wander. They are currently not accepting any new residents because all the beds are taken, but be on the look out because that can change!

Thaura, also very professional and helpful and she is a gentle soul. Always willing to do whatever I asked to be helpful to me. Easy to talk to and my little dog picked up her good vibes and like to hang out by her, she'd get excited to see her when she arrived. I only saw Elizabeth Cruz for three days but I liked her immediately. Also very professional, and couldn't do enough to make sure my every need was taken care of. I would recommend any of these ladies, they would not disappoint. Granniesnannies apparently hires only the best. I was incredibly lucky to be walking in the door moments before my grandmother fell and was able to catch her and keep her from hitting the floor. The HHA sat on the couch on her phone and did not even look up or try to assist. Concerned about the integrity of this company and the people hired to provide care.
