The company rep then sent out an email while we were on the phone. Meanwhile, other people arrived. The rep took no responsibility and only offered to reschedule to another location which was not an option for me today. Sadly, there are no other options since this is the only vendor available.

They didn't listen to what I was saying, as if I didn't know what I needed for my own education program. Very frustrating interaction. Otherwise, it was an easy process. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Make sure you sign up and pay BEFORE coming in or they will be frustrated that they have to enter five lines of information and take your credit card.

IdentoGo does not have a person you can speak to over a customer service line. No one can help me or answer what the hold up is. I'm paying a second fee to go to Colorado Fingerprinting located in the 16th street mall. They say it's 72 hours for results. Do not trust this company for fingerprinting especially if it's a time sensitive situation. Very disappointed with their service. I honestly would like a refund.
