In a different life, Briana and I would be good friend. I like the staff, Michelle, the receptionist and I get along well, and have great conversations. Arnold who is the overall helper who always has a ray of sunshine to share with his smile. And conversation Portia always has a warm greeting. Tyrese, the office manager is a good guy. He waited with me once when my ride was late picking me up and the office had closed. Kevin is a cool dude. I haven't interacted with them all, but All in All, K.A. M rocks! I use a wheelchair and they are helpful around my issues. Going to my weekly visits are a part of my social life, since Life has shrunk my social circle. Going to KAM Alliance is my guaranteed social outing for the week which has been healing and sustaining for me I gave it three stars because Briana is the Fourth therapist I have had in ~2 years. I don't know what That's about, but GET IT TOGETHER! IJS, I don't want y'all to close, and I have to find another therapist/clinic. I was asked to arrive 45 minutes early and I was told by the receptionist that I was early, I had to explain to her that I was told to arrive early for paperwork. I wasn't handed a form to fill until another woman walked out and told the receptionist to hand us a form to fill and this was after 15 minutes of sitting and waiting. The one-page form only took a minute to fill so I don't see the point of asking patients to arrive so early in advance. I had an unsettling feeling sitting in the waiting area and felt unsafe. Also I had to pay for street parking. Update: I have only taken my son for an initial evaluation, we continually receive false insurance claims from this company for dates of services we never attended. I have reported this business.

She is not professional and is not doing her job at all.
