I feel welcomed coming for every visit, from not only my therapist but the other employees as well. I'm happy to see them grow as they recently moved locations, to a bigger facility, and I see new faces at the front desk, which is amazing to see. My daughter was attending Westside twice a week, everything was going well until they opened a new…read morelocation. Our physical therapist was relocating to their new office, but a replacement was never assigned or attained by Westside. All of a sudden we lost one of sessions due to their lack of staff and responsibility to their clients. The following week we lost our 2nd day and they blamed it on my wife, saying she informed them that we no longer needed a 2nd session. Totally Untrue. If you're providing a service to people (especially kids in need) make sure your current clients are being taken care of before you go looking for more. Westside is obviously not keeping their clients best interest in mind. On the last day when we were informed that our only session left had been canceled our physical therapist was behind the desk with the receptionist didn't even have the decency to even say hello, sorry for the misunderstanding, or ANY kind of acknowledgement for that matter. Very disappointed in Westside Children's Therapy. (Joliet location)

Completing my PMHNP clinical rotation with Dr. Olundanni at Coded Healthcare & Behavioral Services…read morewas an incredibly rewarding part of my training. She created an engaging learning atmosphere where I was able to expand my understanding of psychiatric care and gain meaningful exposure to real-world patient encounters. I especially valued her insight, approachability, and willingness to explain the reasoning behind different aspects of patient care. The experience challenged me to think more independently and helped me grow professionally as I continue preparing for practice as a PMHNP. I am thankful for the opportunity to learn alongside Dr. Olundanni and for the knowledge I will carry forward in my career.

I had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with Dr. Oladunni Boladale. I clearly…read morecommunicated how my medication was helping me, and even showed improvement on assessments, yet she insisted I wasn't providing enough information and needed to "be more focused." It felt like she was pressing me for different answers and then blaming me for any confusion. The way she came across was frustrating and made me uncomfortable. I've never had a provider speak to me like this. It almost felt like I was being treated as the problem, like a child being told to "go to time out," which is not how a professional should speak to an adult patient. Her tone was dismissive and defensive rather than collaborative or empathetic. There was also no follow-through on an insurance preauthorization she claimed to have submitted, leaving me to handle the issue myself. On top of that, my daughter was about to start as a new patient, bringing more business to her practice. Instead of any gratitude or professionalism, I was met with the same defensiveness and dismissiveness, and I ended up canceling both appointments. Dr. Boladale lost two patients because of this behavior. Based on my experience, I would not be surprised if this review is met with defensiveness rather than accountability. I have never experienced such miscommunication or such a dismissive tone from any provider before, and I would not recommend Dr. Boladale to anyone expecting attentive, respectful, and professional care. **Please see the attached screenshots from the "good doctor." I couldn't make this up if I tried!

Amazingly the staff knew everyone by name and very personable with all the patients. It was more of a family environment, from the moment you stepped in the door. Greeted always with a friendly smile and hearing hellos from all the staff and asking how we did from the last time we were in. They were very caring and knowledgeable and gave great tips. i Came in from a sprained ankle limping and in pain to walking out the door without a limp and hardly any discomfort on my last day. I appreciated everything they did for me and highly recommend this location! Thanks again! Sandy
