I've been getting lashes from Victoria for the past few months. Her lash work is awesome (check out…read morethe picture)! However, I'm focusing my review on getting a facial because it was SUCH an incredible "above and beyond" experience that you can't get anywhere else. Vibrant Skin Boutique will definitely be booking up quickly as more people find out about these incredible services. Victoria smashes the walls between services and redefines what it means to get a facial. Have you ever gotten a facial and hoped that it wasn't just 100% about your face? Or gotten a facial that came with a little arm squeezing that was so mediocre that it made you question the facial itself? How about a facial that was just a steam wand and someone else washing and moisturizing your face? None of that here... I booked an enzyme facial with Victoria during her grand opening. She tailored the facial to my needs and since there was a bonus deal, she added in a 30 minute LED session. This is a new business but she's not a new esthetician for those uncertain about visiting something that seems "new". Services are in a medical spa - in a clean office with secured parking. The facial started by getting cozy and relaxed on the bed. She had blankets and pillows to get super comfortable. She used soothing cleansers and various masks, letting me know what things were before she used each item. There were a few tingly items but nothing was too uncomfortable. I think she blended some masks together based on my skin, too. Each application felt like a face massage, too. I felt like she used 40 different things on my face but I'm probably exaggerating - it was just all amazing and I felt super pampered! The add on LED session was cool. I'm not sure it's something that I "see" the results of immediately but I'd do it again! I had an LED session somewhere else and felt...a little claustrophobia or dizziness with the constant light, even though eyes were closed and i had covers on. The LED that Victoria used (which pulsed bright to do) was so awesome and did not give me any weird side effects. Throughout the LED session, she did an incredible body work session, targeting my sore neck, upper back, arms, and legs. I really hope she continues to do this combo! I left feeling like I had gotten a massage, a facial, and felt overall refreshed. Highly recommend!

I will defiantly be back for another facial soon.

Sarah has been my esthetician for over a year now and the progress that I've seen in my skin is amazing. Most recently, she recommend I use the ProHeal Serum to help with the redness in my cheeks. I really like this serum because I've been wearing masks as an essential worker and I haven't worn any make up. But I would get self conscious about the redness since I wasn't covering it with foundation. This serum has dramatically reduced the redness and agitation in my cheeks. She is meticulous and attentive to detail when performing a facial. She's also so easy to talk to and maintains a relaxed environment so the overall experience is zen. Highly recommend her!!

I called her ONE MONTH in advance to make an appointment. I wanted to get permanent eyeliner, as I can't wear eye makeup because of allergies and sensitivity. I communicated with her extensively over email. So a week before my appointment she called me to reschedule: April: Carrie, I need to move your appointment to give you more time. Katie: My name is not Carrie. April: Oh, sorry, what's your name? Katie: Katie. April: OK, can I move you? Remember to bring CASH. Katie: Fine, will you send me an email. April: I don't have your email address. Katie: We sent about seven emails back and forth. April: OK, I will. PLEASE BRING CASH! Two days later, I received no email, so I emailed her and she confirmed. Day Of Scheduled Appointment.(Telenovela Music). The appointment is at 12:30, and I got a voice mail around 11:45 asking me to reschedule again. I would have honestly canceled when she called me Carrie, as I would like someone WHO IS GOING TO TATTOO MY FACE to know my name, but she did come recommended. So then we had a textual conversation, here is the gist: KT (via text): I don't feel comfortable doing my procedure today. April: I was just trying to give you more time. I hope you would understand (blah blah blah). KT: I do understand, but I don't feel comfortable proceeding. April: Just so you know I specialize in correction. Make sure the person you see is certified because you will probably get Aids or Hep C. Have a good day. KT: You too. Telling someone that they will probably get AIDS is gross. It is an insult to people suffering. I don't know how people get away with talking to people like this. Truly. I was shocked. This just goes to show to always follow your instincts.
