I first hired Alex Farr from Worldzoo 6 years ago to help with my new restaurant. It being my very first website, I was going into it a little worried. However, after meeting Alex and speaking with him, we were confidant that he would be able to execute our vision. In fact, he helped build our vision into a grander one as he already came in with a lot of experience building over restaurant websites and it being our first one, he brought in expertise and know how that we would have not know of otherwise. He truly made the experience super easy for me. In a blink of an eye, he gave us an amazing site and even to this day, the site is still stunning. Throughout the years we've had Alex help us add and remove things has we grew as a business and he was responsive and quick even though the project was completed way back. He still worked with us one tiny projects on the site as if it was day 1.
6 years later, I needed another website done and of course who do I call? Alex. This time i needed a website that allowed me change, edit, and add content as I wished which means creating something simple enough for me to use backend so that I could realistically manage it. The process was rather long in building the site and the vision but only because we had to get things right. Typically you would expect impatience and the desire to just wrap the project up. Well, this project took almost 6-8 months because I was still trying to figure out certain parts of the website. Alex was incredibly patient with me and waited until I was ready and happy with what I wanted to go on the site. Once it was complete he then taught me how to use everything and tutored me multiple times until I finally got it. He never made me feel bad or stupid for asking him the same questions over and over because it didn't come naturally to me on how to manage sites from the backend. Now I can do it like a pro and it's allowed me this freedom that I never had with a website.
