Then you start paying for ads on Google, on Facebook, you still don't really understand what you are doing... and you don't get any results! And when you are really discouraged, STORMIE appears in your life and tells you to go get a free 2 hour training at his office. You tell yourself what do I have to lose? We're exceptionally pleased with the results and would highly recommend Five Star Economy to anyone looking to grow their business.

Sofa King Creative Group killed my business. We owned a tattoo shop (Bluenote Tattoo) for over 6…read moreyears, I ran the Social Media and managed the website, when I had time they were both running great. Our business appeared in basic google searches within the 1st 3 pages consistently when I was able to put the time into it without taking out an ad, and our social media was getting decent response. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to do both of those and and needed some help there, so we called SKC Group. This was right after the Covid Shutdown. We knew that tourism was going to be slow and we really wanted to focus on getting more local clients and thought SKC would be the smart choice. After all, they " specialize in everything the digital and traditional media world have to offer" according to their website. Big mistake. Over a 4 month period, they managed to build us a website that did not work properly (they told us it would be better than the one we already had and convinced me it would be best for us) and we went weeks of not getting a single phone call or email from a new client, because the contact page on the website did not forward us any emails, and on the social media they were supposed to manage, on numerous occasions on our posts they put the phone number to a different business they managed (but another tattoo shop, therefore sending potential clients their way) in addition to posting content that has nothing to do with our business. We had a 6 month contract with them, and I didn't make the full 6 month before I told them we're done. They acknowledged their mistakes and did not charge us the last month. I told them I wanted a refund and they refused. A few months later our business was closed. We put a lot of heart and soul into this and once SKC got involved, it was the beginning of the end. I absolutely 100% do NOT recommend SKC Group.

It was kind of last minute, so we were surprised how quickly they assigned us a team to come up with ideas and creatives. We ended up using a mobile billboard truck at certain times during the convention, but were very happy about their idea of using their brand ambassadors in our booth to hand out information and attract attention. They came up with the perfect look and outfits for them, trained them what to do and say, and took care of everything. We're still getting feedback from people who saw the trucks on the strip who were impressed that we were in the middle of some of the iconic places and thought we were "everywhere" during the convention. Overall we are very happy with what they did for us at the last minute to make our trip a success. Highly recommended.
