Our business appeared in basic google searches within the 1st 3 pages consistently when I was able to put the time into it without taking out an ad, and our social media was getting decent response. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to do both of those and and needed some help there, so we called SKC Group. This was right after the Covid Shutdown. We knew that tourism was going to be slow and we really wanted to focus on getting more local clients and thought SKC would be the smart choice. After all, they " specialize in everything the digital and traditional media world have to offer" according to their website. Big mistake. Over a 4 month period, they managed to build us a website that did not work properly (they told us it would be better than the one we already had and convinced me it would be best for us) and we went weeks of not getting a single phone call or email from a new client, because the contact page on the website did not forward us any emails, and on the social media they were supposed to manage, on numerous occasions on our posts they put the phone number to a different business they managed (but another tattoo shop, therefore sending potential clients their way) in addition to posting content that has nothing to do with our business. We had a 6 month contract with them, and I didn't make the full 6 month before I told them we're done. They acknowledged their mistakes and did not charge us the last month. I told them I wanted a refund and they refused. A few months later our business was closed. We put a lot of heart and soul into this and once SKC got involved, it was the beginning of the end. I absolutely 100% do NOT recommend SKC Group.

My son didn't like taking his medication for ADHD because it made him feel flat and a little paranoid. So he stopped and he graduated his senior year with straight Ds and was not very motivated.
