#1200 review We met…read moreAlicia through a neighbor of hers who happened to be my co-worker at a mortgage company. She was starting out on her own and had worked for a company, so she had pretty good experience shooting. We wanted "photo-journalistic" style. I met with her several times at her home (not far from my workplace) where we discussed what I wanted for my special day. She was very easygoing and friendly. She was excited to capture those special moments. We signed a contract. For the ceremony and afterward, the venue we chose (all-inclusive), had a house photographer, so we ended up with two sets of pictures but we incorporated them all into chronological order. Alicia did the prep pictures of me getting ready with my maid of honor and bridesmaid and mother-in-law. Then, after the ceremony, once the house photographer was done, Alicia was able to get her shots of us at the alter, and then outside the chapel, and on the rest of the grounds. (The house photographer was only there to do the ceremony.) So, Alicia was there for the entire reception (she got lots of nice shots-some were taken in sepia, black & white, along with color) and then afterward, when a few of our friends accompanied us on the Strip (Bellagio conservatory), she was also there to do that for us too. That was really nice of her to do that for us (it was a long night, but fun). After the wedding and honeymoon, when we chose the pictures, you know (other brides and grooms, I'm sure can relate) it's an overwhelming process, choosing the best shots, because there were so many of them to select from (OK, honestly, that is a good problem to have); so we went with the best representation of us and our guests (lucky for us- she did a great job!). You know it's left an impression when my mom (asian moms are hyper-critical) mentioned Alicia's attention to detail on her job performance. I agree with Manognya M. on wedding planning being very stressful, besides trying to get the details just right, plus trying to please everyone in your family, doesn't always work out, but this time, the photography was spot on!!! When we got the pictures (the final product), the black leather album, the CD, and release, we were very, very pleased- the pictures were gorgeous. A year later, we received the display book she made to show other potential clients, and that was very unexpected, but very well appreciated.

I cannot say enough great things about working with Chez and Veronica!! The experience was better…read morethan I could have imagined! Veronica was so helpful, from our initial conversation to the day of the shoot. I arrived to a warm welcome with a private studio for changing with the perfect lighting and complementary snacks and drinks. (Having a glass of wine definitely helped with my nerves LOL). Her attention to detail was immpecable and ensured my posing, hair, clothes were picture perfect. I didn't have to worry about making sure my hair was laying right, fly aways, or my dress sitting right. Chez has a great eye and was so friendly and great to work with! He took his time and paid attention to every detail to make sure the lighting, angles and my facial expressions were perfect and it showed in my final photos! Thank you Chez and Veronica!! I will definitely be coming back whenever I need professional photos done.

The hair/makeup artist was fabulous and fun which just added to the whole experience. I never could have imagined how well the images would turn out! With so many amazing photos, the reveal appt with Chezaray helped, so very much, to narrow down all of the choices and purpose for each of them. A million percent would recommend the investment in yourself with Chezaray Photography!

I want to start off by saying that Annina is lovely and friendly. Her work is beautiful and this is…read morewhy we picked her for our maternity photoshoot. With a toddler, the studio setting would be better than being outdoors. She's also priced reasonably for what she offers. Here some reasons why I am knocking off one star and also if it helps others. The pros first: Pros: - She has a wardrobe you can select different style of dresses from. You can even go before your maternity session to try them on. - Good selection of dresses - Super friendly - When it comes to booking and locking in your date, she's very prompt at responding. - Priced well for services Cons: In the past I've worked with photographers (maternity and not) and I'm used to organized plans. Such as sending questionnaires ahead of time for looks/style/inspo boards of desired outcome. Annina doesn't offer that which I was a bit surprised about. Only found out about background colors day of shoot. Luckily, I came prepared with reference photos of poses I wanted since she asked during the photoshoot. The system of selecting photos was a bit difficult. It took us severe days to drill down 100 or so photos to 15. She takes about 14-20 business days after you select the photos to send you the edited photos. Ours came at exactly 20 business days after selection. There is an option to add comments on the photos you selected. Looks like these comments were ignored since the change wasn't done on the photo and I wasn't told why it wasn't. I had to text many times about the photo album we purchased. From the day I asked, it took ten days to get a final response on look of album. There was a lot of "I'll send something later today" but that turned into 5 days later, twice. I had to keep asking about it. May have gone longer. Production of album was 3 weeks. It's not sent to your house (other photographers I've bought albums from send it to you) I had my sister pick it up since her place is far from me. Also, by this time, it had been 9 weeks, more than 2 months since day of photoshoot. It was a long wait ... When I texted her I would come to pick up the album, she gave me times but when I told her I would go x day during the times she gave me, she responded later and gave me a new time window for pick up. It could have been that I was on my way with her original time and she wouldn't have been there. All in all, she does have good work and she is super friendly. But due to the long wait time to get photos, slower communication after photoshoot was complete, I'm not sure I was completely content with the work. That said, many people did love the photos. If you like to get your photos in a short amount of time, like organization, upfront communication, love mood board and options to talk about your vision beforehand, this might not be it.

We love our photos. Such ease scheduling and the efficient communication from start to finish was…read morejust incredible! Highly recommended!
