We hired this taco catering company for my bachelor party in Palm Springs, and it was easily one of the highlights of the weekend. The food was incredible--fresh, flavorful, and way above what you typically expect from event catering. The quesadillas were an absolute standout (seriously, everyone kept going back for more), and the toppings bar was loaded with great options that took everything to the next level. Beyond the food, the service was elite. The team was professional, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly so we could just relax and enjoy the party. They showed up on time, were super organized, and made the whole experience effortless. If you're hosting a group or event in Palm Springs and want amazing tacos with top-notch service, I can't recommend them enough. Would absolutely book them again. read more

If only they had a restaurant! We have been using WFT since 2021 to provide lunch for our employees, and they never disappoint. Super friendly and easy to work with. They offer vegetarian options, but as a carnivore, I had a carne asada, al pastor, and pollo asado taco which were all seasoned so well and tender. Aguas frescas are provided which are also delicious. I highly recommend trying WFT for any party/special occasion/employee luncheon. This is our 4th year using them to provide lunch for our employees. We wouldn't think of using any other vendor as they are consistent in their service and quality of food. Thank you WFT for making some of the best tacos we have ever had and being so great to work with! read more

The food was delicious and they were on time, served very well and cleaned up everything. i hired World Famous Tacos for my husband's 70th birthday celebration. The team showed up right on time. Their set up was professional in appearance. The crew was polite, friendly, and efficient. The food was exceptional. Every guest commented that they found it to be wonderful. the proteins--grilled shrimp, carne asada and pollo asada--were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. Included were onions and cilantro, two salsas--a mild green and spicy red--along with guacamole sauce. Peruvian beans and rice rounded out the meal. They also provided two 3 gallon jugs of agua fresca. I was very impressed with World Famous Tacos and would absolutely use this company again for a catered party. I needed a "Taco Man" experience for my husband's Open House Celebration of Life in January 2026. I inquired with 6 different catering companies to determine what I really wanted. Do you know that once I described the event, Israel with World Famous Tacos was the only person that gave his condolences immediately and then we discussed the options. I had decided on another company, who seemed to offer all I was looking for, but seemed a bit pricey. Within the week, Israel had reached out to see if I had any questions (the only company that did this). I explained several items that were an issue for me. Israel worked with me on these and we came to an agreement. I also appreciated working with a company that was closer, not from further west area. The day of the event, the Team (4) showed up more than an hour early to set up and begin cooking. Marco, was the man in charge and introduced himself and we discussed location of things. Marco was personable and accommodating as were his Team members. The Team served for just over 2 hours and the food was fantastic, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I must have had a response from every person in attendance (approx 135) how great the food was and how professional the Team was. We had food left over, which Marco packed up for us to bring inside and have available for late comers. It could not have been more successful. My late husband would have overwhelming approved!!! Hey Israel, I know your folks took pictures of the set up, I forgot to do this. If you have available, would you mind sending a few to me? Thank you, Kim McLeod read more

Great food and great people! Showed up on time with very professional setup and awesome food.

I booked World Famous Tacos for our wedding rehearsal dinner. On the evening of the rehearsal, they had hadn't shown up yet and my fiancé gave them a call. Upon talking to Israel we found out that I actually booked for the next day, our wedding day not the day before. As a bride with about 40 out of town guest about to arrive I was beside myself. Israel made it happen. He was able to salvage the night. He was got a staff here and the night was enjoyed by everyone. I cannot say how much I appreciate this and it shows how wonderful a vendor can be. Israel didnt have to do anything, as the date agreed on was not that day. But he chose to still commit to what he could, and to me, that speaks volumes! All the food was absolutely delicious l, the staff was amazing and they were nothing but professional. read more

These guys were at the Riverside Air Show on 4/13/25 and the service was horrible!! They had to shut down multiple times and ran out of everything at one point or another. They were not prepared for an event this size and I hope they don't come back again. The tacos were decent but not worth the wait or hassle. They seemed to be waiting until the last minute to start cooking the meat and had everyone waiting in the meantime. Bad planning and bad execution. I made it a point to find them on here and leave a review. The lack of other options was the only reason I gave them my business. read more
