This is a new place we have never used that is close to my house. My wife dropped 7 shirts off here $23.75 when I picked them up seemed a little high for 7 shirts, but no big deal. I picked up my dry cleaning on the way to the airport only to find that my shirts were extremely bad quality had wrinkles all over and creases matted into my shirts. It was so bad I brought them to a place in Fort Lauderdale the same day I landed and they fixed all the problems and the same shirts only cost me $12.00 lol... I went back to the place in Georgia and asked very politely to get a credit back. I showed them photos and voiced my concern and they suddenly were offended at the photos and became very rude towards me and told me that they cannot do anything unless I bring them a shirt with the problem and were upset I did not come back them first. I then told them I was out of town and I just got back and am fine with just a slight adjustment or what not and they told me they would do nothing. I told them I would like work things out, but can request an adjustment from my credit card if needed. They then told me the would call the police and I scratched my head and proceeded to leave. Funny how when you try to be a friendly person or work something out the other party sometimes does not get it. Oh well... Would not come back here. Expensive, poor quality work and truly rude people.

When I dropped off clothes I spoke to the owner. She was super friendly and thanked me many times for bringing them our business. She showed me where I could drop off our items to be cleaned if it is after hours. She put my in for in the computer and asked how we like to have my husband's shirts done. She also got my cell number and said I would be texted when our clothes are ready for pick up. I was told our clothes would be ready by Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning I received a text stating our clothes were ready for pick up. When I picked them up I was greatly warmly and thanked again for bringing them our business. I felt valued as a customer. I was also told if there was anything we wanted done differently to please just let them know and they would do it the next time. I feel certain I have found our new cleaners and look forward to a long relationship with them.

Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! Ok I see most reviews here are older so I figured I'd update everyone on my recent experience…read more To add some background I visited this place solely because of the great reviews and their hours of operations. I needed some alterations done and some dry cleaning so I've used this business twice already. I've spent over $200 on dry cleaning and the alterations. Everything appeared to have gone well with my initial alteration requests. I brought in 15 items to be altered due to my height. It took over 5 days to get it done and everything looked pristine and crisp upon picking them up. I recently wore two of the items that were hemmed and washed it at home and the hem has been undone on two pants... I am really disappointed because they're not cheap and all the reviews stated what great quality.. doesn't appear to be the case with the hemming. I've tried to call the number on the phone multiple times to try to give them opportunity to rectify the issue but it seems to be cut off. Second issue is that I picked up some dry cleaning on Thursday of last week and they forgot to give me a dress they apparently rejected... again when I realized the dress was missing I tried to call them and the phone line was once again cut off. I had to drive up there on Friday and they had my dress just hanging behind the register... they weren't even going to call me or notify me that they forgot to give me my dress?!? I do plan on coming up there this week to have them fix the issues of the hemming on my pants because it shouldn't happen after one wash. Final verdict: after going to discuss my issues with them at some point this week I will not return as this has been two Separate issues from two different visits and I expected so much more from a business that has 4.8 stars. For the price, you're not getting quality hemming done here. I am sure you can find better options elsewhere. The dry cleaning itself was standard and like I said everything was crisp upon receiving it but I cannot take my chances in spending money here again. UPDATE: Just drove up to the place because their phones aren't working and was told they would fix my garments for free.. that's good service. They also let me know their phones will occasionally not work. Updated review to reflect my service.
