    Happiness after working hard
    Carlos B.

Great place and lovely staff. I I want to thank Mr. Carter and Mr. De la Cruz. They have been patient with my son and have showed him how to be patient. Taekwondo it's not easy on any kid but they are dedicated to the little ones every single class. My son started the little tiger program and i know he will be in taekwondo for life. I'm grateful for this staff and this facility. Lastly, I want to thank Mrs. Matthew for all the questions answered and help this year. I have added pictures to show you how exciting it is to my boy when hard work and dedication pays off. The joys and confident get with new achievements.

Thank you Mr. Carter and Mr. De la Cruz for the fabulous birthday party for our daughter, Alexis. The kids and parents were certainly entertained. It was engaging, organized, energetic, and most of all, FUN! It was definitely better than we expected. Our two daughters have been coming to World class TKD for a year now and are loving it! Thanks again.

Let's see where to begin.... I had been hearing about World Class Tae Kwon Do for almost a year from parents at my sons school before we finally decided to give it a try. After leaving a message inquiring about the free trial, I figured it'd take a while to get a call back. Within 48 I received a call from one of the owners, Mrs. Sroka who was very friendly, helpful and informative and we were set for the following month. They're very busy and it happened to be close to the holidays, plus we were ending fall ball so the timing was perfect. Upon arriving a bit late due to horrendous traffic. Whatcha gonna do? It's the bay. We were quickly greeted by Miss Jill and Mr. Adolfo. We got a uniform for my big little guy and I was given a quick rundown while he changed. Then the lesson. It was awesome to see how the helper(older black belt student) worked with the instructors and really gave my son the encouragement he needed to try something new. Fast forward one week and the next private lesson was much the same and I had a little that was excited and ready for his group class. Fast forward another couple months and the little I see has made some great changes for the better. We go 3-4 times a week which seems like a lot but I assure you it's worth it. The confidence my son has over the last couple months is incredible, he's now always raising his hand for a demo in class and speaking up for himself in general which was an issue before. I'm not saying Tae Kwon Do is a cure all or magic remedy for anything, however for my family it's been a godsend. We had an issue in the beginning when my son was getting upset with me due to discipline for not listening/behaving and he would try to use his moves from class. Fortunately Mr. Sroka had a very good talk with him and Mr.Carter has followed up frequently and we seem to be on the right track. We still have rough days, but hey he's 7. My son love WC TDK so much we had his birthday party there last night and I must say I was impressed. Mr. Carter and Mr. Adolfo were uh may zing! Seriously I wish they offered baby sitting these two are great with the kids and no one was left out. Between the relays, keeping the younger sibling included and entertained and the sweet jump over my sons head to break the fan of boards I don't think we'll be able to top this party. For me the best part was being able to socialize, take pictures and enjoy watching the kids without lifting a finger. Mr. Adolfo did a great job decorating the board my son got to break which totally made his day. When the little monster is happy, this mama is pretty happy too. I will say the only down side is that seating is limited, and they're so busy you get shuffled around a bit. Fortunately that doesn't take away from the quality of the lessons or the amount of attention the kids get so it's not worth taking away a star. Plus they know basically everyone's name. That's impressive considering how many people come in and out of there daily. Basically they're all fanfriggintastic! If ya ain't know, now ya know. You should call them ASAP.

    Lots of great energy

Needless to say, they have been very happy with their decisions since. They enjoy the strict and structured learning environment that sets high expectations for them to achieve. Respect emanates in this environment as everyone greets one another with a customary bow of acknowledgment. While the masters are firm, they are also very supportive and fun. My girls start each class with seriousness but leave with light hearted smiles. It's been over a year now and my once weak daughters have developed not only tight muscles but also a strong sense of self confidence; thanks to the rigor of each lesson. Seeing my fragile girls accomplishing challenging, powerful moves makes me cringe but also feel impressed. Thank you to the passionate and professional masters at Choi's for instilling the love for martial arts in my girls. It is now an element of their identity. Unlike many other martial art schools, I like the authentic feel of Choi's dojang. They are not commercialized. They don't try to sell you anything or talk you into signing long term contracts to trap you in. Some other places I've encountered, they pressure you with gimmicks like a limited time promotion or try to sell you merchandise. There are no salesman here, just genuine martial artists who wants to share their expertise with those whom are interested in practicing this form. I would definitely recommend Choi's Tae Kwon Do to anyone that is looking for a quality and valuable enrichment.
