I don't remember the name of head physical therapist, but she was quite short with me and her staff, a poor communicator about my exercises, and wasn't very empathetic towards my pain. When I went back to pick it up from lost and found the Jack was missing for the charger. The young lady who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive. She literally did not care that it was not there and put very little effort into looking for it. Acted extremely annoyed that I still wanted my Jack for my charger. She flatly Refused to ask anyone else about it or look into it further. As a veteran, I was surprised at such rudeness. But I'm glad most people there and in this community of Lewiston have much better principles than that one bad example. Or I should say good example of bad character. She probably lives in Washington State. And she looked extremely unhealthy for someone working in a gym.
