The staff is always willing to provide insight or instruction and the premises are clean and meticulously kept. Every corner of the gym exhibits pride of ownership. They wouldn't let me do that, she had to. I blocked my card, so it wouldn't be charged anymore, and now they won't cancel because she "owes" money, plus they want her (me) to pay for an extra month on top of the month they wouldn't let me cancel her membership! When I went back to pick it up from lost and found the Jack was missing for the charger. The young lady who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive. She literally did not care that it was not there and put very little effort into looking for it. Acted extremely annoyed that I still wanted my Jack for my charger. She flatly Refused to ask anyone else about it or look into it further. As a veteran, I was surprised at such rudeness. But I'm glad most people there and in this community of Lewiston have much better principles than that one bad example. Or I should say good example of bad character. She probably lives in Washington State. And she looked extremely unhealthy for someone working in a gym.
