The SNAP Fitness locations in Moscow and Lewiston are two of the best gyms I have had the privilege…read moreto attend. They are perfect for both casual gymgoers and advanced lifters. Some of the many things I enjoyed about SNAP: -It is clean, safe, and the equipment is well-maintained. -There is a fantastic variety of machines and cables, as well as enough stations to support many people simultaneously during the busiest hours. -The dumbbells go up to 100 pounds (which is surprisingly uncommon). -It is open 24/7. -It is the most competitively priced in the area. -The environment is supportive and positive. The people are friendly and always willing to help. I received spots and assists on numerous occasions, and others felt comfortable asking me for the same. And the owner, Lance, was often there with his dog greeting people when they arrived. I really can't say enough good things about these gyms. I've worked out across the world, but SNAP is still my favorite local spot.

I enjoy this gym and continue to use it. I had one bad experience today that I will overlook but they probably need some customer service training. I had accidentally left a device there. When I went back to pick it up from lost and found the Jack was missing for the charger. The young lady who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive. She literally did not care that it was not there and put very little effort into looking for it. Acted extremely annoyed that I still wanted my Jack for my charger. She flatly Refused to ask anyone else about it or look into it further. As a veteran, I was surprised at such rudeness. But I'm glad most people there and in this community of Lewiston have much better principles than that one bad example. Or I should say good example of bad character. She probably lives in Washington State. And she looked extremely unhealthy for someone working in a gym.
