Constant excuses as to why our campaigns performed well initially and not long term. BFR made no updates or improvements to our marketing approach and allowed under performing campaigns to continue. Insisted that more money was the only way to perform better. We have stop working with BFR. We asked on 11/26/2018 to end our business relationship immediately. They responded with insisting on charging us for their 60 day separation process. While doing this they shutdown all active campaigns, while still attempting to collect money. They have not fulfilled any commitments to releasing our data or access to our accounts. Timelines they set. We stopped payment as a result of this. BFR has now circumvented our stop payment and charged more money. Again, they have not provided any of the data or account access they promised. This company is quickly showing a gross display of unethical and deceptive behavior. We regret working with them. We feel they took advantage of our vulnerable startup.
