They are a top notch organization that combines creativity with a structured approach to the process. Those of us on the team learned a lot in the process of working with Figmints. Every week or so we had a status meeting that kept us abreast of the progress. We had plenty of guidance, while at the same time were able to provide very specific feedback. The results are stunning. We are delighted with our experience and would definitely recommend them.

A year after it was built, the site was hacked into by someone in the Ukraine and Figmints answer was "we are sorry, we don't protect your site". They also didn't have a backup so we had to pay someone else to re-do our site completely from scratch. We recently asked them to provide us with the native files for business cards we paid them to create OR the company they used to outsource these business cards. They have just not responded. The product they delivered was quite decent, but if you can't use it long term, what is the point? I would look else where when choosing a company.

What stands out so much about her work is that ALL that look at it (from layperson to professional in design) know it's good. I have gotten so many compliments on my website and logo (www.kettlebella.com), and from a surprisingly large range of people. BUT the thing that is even better than her designs, is Laura herself. Laura's approach to a new client or project is patient, curious, and full of reconfirmation that what she's creating is what you have actually envisioned. Or not! This lady's talents know no bounds. She is economical for what you get, super fast, and ready to turn things on a dime at your request. She gets it right, and she gets you right.

Kathy gave me a great design at a reasonable cost, but better than that she guided me through the early stages of being able to modify it myself so I am not dependent on her for everyday changes. I recommend Kathy to anyone who needs a site, but especially to anyone who like me is a small business person who wants the ability to make modifications without additional cost yet with the option of contacting Kathy when they run into problems.
