I wish I had read these reviews before signing up to work with this company. Unfortunately, I am now another 'victim' of there scheme. Paid $1500 and it has been 6 weeks and nothing has been done at all. It is such a shame but what other people are complaining about is completely true. They are great at following up with you unitil you pay the money but then ..... NOTHING.... getting a hold of them is virtually impossible. As such, I contacted my CC company to dispute the charges and now will be filing a complaint as well to the BBB. I'm the victim of web brilliant SEO package services too. Eric also dropped the threats to me for "breaching the contract" meanwhile he failed to deliver any service that he promised in the contract after 4 weeks. He only sent me some canvas made social media posts 4 weeks later after my constant follow ups. He promised me with a whole nice picture of how we want to do things, but after I paid, things became different. communication is extremely difficult, he won't respond messages, doesn't answer phone calls. he said he sent me the information, but I never received them. I provide him a new email address asking him to send reports and blogs and other contents over, but i never received anything and there is no explanation from Eric either. Eric charged me the second time after he knew I disputed my payment, then dropped the threat message at the same time saying his attorney will contact me and I will be the person paying for all the cost. So totally he charged me 3000$ USD, second 1500$ USD was charged without my consent or acknowledge. I'm working with my lawyer for further legal actions. Which serious long lasting business respond disappointed customer this way ? Victims should be united to deal with this crap. DONOT use this business read more

I'm sad to say I can no longer recommend this business. After signing a contract in late November 2019, I saw no progress beyond planning and no change to my SEO or website by February 4th 2020 and requested a cancellation and refund of my contract. I deducted 20% from the contract for any time spent on planning thus far, but I have yet to receive ANY funds back in return. I am now forced to get legal representation as promises of refunded payment have been nothing more than empty words for the last 2 months. read more

I was having trouble with my websites at the previous company; they often just disappeared, and when they were up they were sometimes slow to load. And then the company folded. Eric Port of Web Brilliant took over, moved the sites from the defunct company, and everything works well now. He answers communications promptly and is just very competent. I depend on those websites for my livelihood. When they are down for extended periods, it gives my clients an incorrect message. Buyer beware. I paid for domain name transfer and renewal, hosting, and email hosting back in April 2018. This was for 3 years of renewals. The first issue was that the "paid" email account was set for cancellation because Web Brilliant took the money from me but didn't pay the email host. I pay for that myself now. Forward to today when I realized that our domain name expired! Yes, expired. So I have no business website, no email, zilch. Why? Because the account that was managing the domain closed. So I'm sure my website isn't the only one that is effected. The best part is I can't even renew it until I can prove that I am the owner of the business and business domain name which could take days. read more
