American Maid truly has gone above and beyond on ensuring my home looks spotless every time!…read moreThroughout the years, American Maid has carefully listened and acted on my OCD level of cleaning. Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings. American Maid is my only cleaning company I'll use. Staff are amazing and my house is always clean. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

Immediately upon arrival they let us know they liked our dogs and that gave them a lovely glow! I'm kidding of course but it demonstrated their ability to handle interruption! They looked around, gave us a bid and got to work. Much to our surprise they took down 2 large stained glass window frames hanging over the windows so they could clean the windows correctly. No one had ever bothered with that before. After an efficient time they said they were done and then with one outside and one in they went over ever single window to be sure each side was done to the satisfaction. Litera, my windows have never been cleaner! And they are really nice people! This is the Window Cleaner you want! Great job, good price and really nice people!

I also appreciated that they took off their shoes in my home as they noticed I did not like people to wear shoes in the house due to us having a baby plus carpet. The gals got right to work immediately after informing them of what was most important for me to have address. They were very quiet and kept to themselves for the most part. Overall so so pleased with the service, I have used this company previously at my previous house which was much smaller and they did a wonderful job there as well. So nice to have a company that holds their employees to high expectations which lead to awesome results! Especially love the part that my house does not reek of strong chemicals which would lead us to needing to air out the house; thankfully this isn't the case. Can't recommend this company highly enough!
