This is a great gym in a convenient location. I'm very happy that I joined this gym, and I recommend it highly. The staff is very helpful with no judgement. The membership fees are very reasonable, and it's open 24 hours for members.The equipment is new, clean and easy to use. If you need guidance I would strongly suggest working with a personal trainer. They have several, and I feel that they honestly care. I have been training with Caleb, and he has been instrumental in motivating and helping me to achieve my weight loss/fitness goals. Signed up for their three day trial. It's conveniently close to where I live but it's soo small and cramped. They have all the equipment and machines I'm looking for in a gym but they place them right on top of one another. The space itself is small, that's why everything is so close. I would rather not sit in a strangers lap while I'm doing squats or cable pull downs lol. I'm surprised they managed to squeeze in two tanning bed rooms and a hydro massage room. The locker room is also super tight. Two toilet stalls and two showers; the shower wasn't super clean and had rust on the hardware. On a lighter note, the front desk lady is super friendly. I would not recommend this facility, at all. This facility is dishonest with their fees and charges. I signed up for a month to month membership on November 13, 2024. I was VERY SPECIFIC in that request. On that day I paid $71.48. On December 11th and December 26th $18.80 was taken out each day for membership fees. On December 28th an annual membership fee of $64.49 was taken out of my account. When I questioned this charge, I was told that this was an annual membership that comes out even though I requested specifically to be on a month to month membership. I was told that this fee is nonrefundable. When I went to cancel the membership, I had to pay yet, another $37.60 just to cancel the membership. Be very careful with this fitness facility. They are thieves. Since November 13, 2024 to Jan 2, 2025, I've paid a total of $211.17. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! read more

Nice looking mid size gym near JAX airport. However typical games from management on pricing. They " say one thing but sell another " when you try and sign up. Current list pricing on website is $20 / month for base membership with $40 sign up fee... I was refered by existing members. Called in advance to Zac and was told most if not all of the sign up fee would be waived for early jan 2021 sign up based on referral .. When I arrived , the actual lady manager refused the offer above and insisted on slightly different. Pricing plus hidden fees . One new fee was a $39 with 45 days for " no monthly price change guarantee " fee .. I said I didn't want that guarantee . She said it is mandatory and not an option . Based on past experiences elsewhere, I assumed that future billing issues will occur at this gym. These kind of places tend to overbill or double bill to credit card memberships ... so I cancelled my sign up .. A shame since the gym itself , staff and the members looked good... but paying $60 / month or more for first 2 months for cheapest membership is a bit much. read more

Decent gym, however management/leadership appears to be unfamiliar with normal gym operations and leading people. 1) Two machines have the 45 lbs plates stowed high and three have the 45 lbs plates low. Recommend shifting Bench press and Smith machine to have 45lbs plates low. Additionally, 45lbs plates on the Smith Machine will hit while using, if 45lbs plates are also stowed in current labeled spot. 2) Label weight tree by rowing machines 3) No designated spot for the 35 lbs plates, use unlabeled standing calf raises machine and weight tree by row machine 4) Place weight marking on sides of equipment so it can easily be seen. 5) Label dumbell rack 6) Have staff walk the gym hourly to ensure equipment is stowed properly. read more

We finally got a great, new gym on the Northside of town here in Oceanway! Yay! The hubby got the $25 membership instead of the $15 membership so that he could bring me with him as a guest. I've been through the gym and have seen all the equipment and it's really great. All shiny and new too. Due to my disabilities, there isn't any of the equipment I can use, but I love coming with him to use the hydra massage tables. WOW! I'd never been on one before and they are awesome!! I have a lot of back problems and these tables really, really help me! They also have the tanning machines. They have both the beds and the stand-up machine. Not something that we use because those tanning beds are worse for your skin than the sun; but, for those who do use them, they are nice. I would like to advise against it though; skin cancer is no joke! The staff are also very nice and knowledgeable. They can help you with any of the equipment and even help in suggesting workouts for you based on your goals. The husband can go anytime time he wants, 24/7. There's a thing by the door to scan your card and it allows the door to open. I can only go when there is staff there. But that's ok, because I don't go as often as he does too. This is very convenient for him to workout though because we are night owls. Being able to go to the gym at 3am is nice for him. If you live in this area and are looking for a gym, I highly recommend this one! read more

The gym overall is exactly what you pay for, so I can't rate them 1 star because they do have gym equipment. The location is tiny, but has enough cardio equipment. Cancellation on the other hand, for an active duty military personnel with orders is a nightmare. We are very disappointed with the way that they handled us cancelling our membership due to an overseas move. The fact that this gym IS actually open 24 hours a day is a huge plus to me....(the staff is only there certain times) This location is nice and clean.... The staff is friendly and helpful... Main difference is the cost dramactically! 15bucks gets you gym access anytime! 25 bucks lets you bring a guest during working hours and access to tanning and massage machines! I've been working out here since April 2021 and my experience has been great. It's got plenty of equipment to do all kinds of workouts and they constantly upgrade/bring in new equipment based on the feedback from the people who actually workout there. The only thing I could think of for improvement would be more mirrors so you can see yourself working out more but other than that it's a great gym. read more

It is a small gym but I love that! It's always very clean and every person that works there is very friendly too !

I've decided to change my review on this club from a 5 star review to a 3 star review due to a couple of issues. The first and main problem is the sanitation standards has steadily declined since around June 2022. I noticed the other day on the main exercise equipment (big red) with the 2 pull down machines had a large buildup of dust on top of the equipment when I was using it, and the mens bathroom waste receptacle has been full on several occasions just a few hours after staff hours. The overhead piping by the entrance is also noticeably dusty which tells me the overhead areas of this gym is neglected of cleaning. The level of sanitation now is unacceptable, especially to members like myself who have occasional breathing problems. The other issue is the occasional difficulty in scanning the barcode from the app and from my small key card after staff hours to enter the facility. A few members I've witnessed had the same problem scanning to get in. There have been a few times I had to spend a few minutes to get the scanner to finally turn green to allow me in. I recommend the staff/cleaning crew do a better job in sanitation and dusting throughout the facility. Other than that, the gym is ideal for me with everything I need and the massage beds are outstanding after exercising. The 3 stars I'm giving is very generous to say the least based on its current status in that the quality, driving distance, convenience, pricing, fulfillment, and satisfaction makes up for it. read more

The building is a touch small but they make great use of their space and the staff is always polite and ready to answer any questions I may have. This place is so conveniently located. It is always clean and the staff are friendly. It gets busiest right after working hours until about 7 or 8pm. I've never been in the middle of the night but I imagine not too many people there. There is a great range of workout equipment and they keep all the machines working. I think I've seen one machine not work and it was fixed by the next day or so. I enjoy going to this gym. read more

I had a membership to this place. I cancelled it due to a medical situation. It is small and there isn't any workout classes. That isn't the reason why I give it two stars. What I didn't like is the staff. They are friendly but they do not know what they are doing. Make sure if you do sign up for a training class, that you get all the information up front first. They told me and wrote down the wrong prices and months later I found that I was paying much more out of my acct than I thought. I was not happy. Beware of what you sign. Since there is no paper contract, they will change your membership! It's all electronic and you don't fill it out yourself. The lady who did mine is no longer there. I would not recommend this place at all. The management tells me "it's right here, you agreed to it." Well, when your own employee fills that out, I guess maybe she's right! Haha. Even still, they would not do anything to resolve the issue. They also billed the annual lock in charge twice! As far as the facility, it's clean and nice.
