I just toured this new coworking space and found out they're offering a free week trial. Done deal! It is immaculate and bright with lots of air filtration and a beautiful kitchen with unlimited tea and coffee. The customer service is phenomenal. (The free week offer is not posted online, but call Diane at 720-999-8390 and mention that Lara from Broomfield told you about it. I'm not sure if it's ongoing or just through a certain date.) https://www.officeevolution.com/locations/metro-north-northglenn

BUYER BEWARE…read more Although this building and location are nice the real issue is the moral compass of the company and their commitment to their customers. Spaces/Regus continues to try to charge me full price for the months that Colorado was on lock-down during the Covid-19 pandemic. They claim they can still charge me since they have been open from 3pm-5pm throughout the pandemic due to their status as an essential business. Section 1.6 of their contract clearly states that a customer may be released from their contract if their facilities or chain of facilities are unable to provide the services which clearly they have not been able to provide. I am now being threatened by their billing department that I will be sent to collections if I do not pay. They have several different people from billing to helpdesk giving me the runaround. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

The weather that evening was nice, so we had the garage door open which gives such an inviting feel. The string lights that are permanently hung in the warehouse add to this great atmosphere. It was a bonus to have a separate room (normally a conference room) for art that was for auction and a wine bar. We even used the phone booths to watch videos in private. I have used a variety of venues through the years both for Reintegra and other events and I don't think I have ever worked with a venue management team that was as easy to work with as Kira and Tom. I highly recommend using this space for all your public events.

I rent an individual office at Intelligent Office-Westminster and have found it to be a comfortable…read moreand well-managed workspace. The atmosphere is pleasant and professional, with good furnishings, sound absorption, and useful shared amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine. * The office is staffed during business hours by an office manager and reception team, and 24/7 access can be arranged. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes the space feel welcoming rather than anonymous. * After a less positive experience with a large national coworking chain, I really value that Intelligent Office-Westminster is locally owned. The service is more consistent, the pricing more reasonable, and visitors are greeted by a receptionist instead of entering a sterile lobby. * There is a wide range of options available, including individual offices, coworking desks, mail services, phone answering, and two very nice conference rooms. * Most offices have windows, and the shared spaces have great daylight. The building is in a nice area with ample parking and is walkable to Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and several lunch spots. It works well for many different types of professionals.
