They had 2 day express shipping, I figuerd he is only training working on some stuff at home, when I was told it would be wise to get a cape so I can start the public access training portion. I ordered my vest on Wed the 17th I was expecting it on November 1st as the website clearly states they can hold item for shipping purposes. IT CAME THE NEXT DAY OCT 18TH!!!!! My little guy can be a sensitive and he's super tiny, so I got in touch with the kind staff just to make sure that they had a vest to fit him, and that other dogs had found these vests comfortable. I had bought one of this company's service dog vests about two years ago. I wanted to reorder the same vest but made a mistake by ordering A very similar vest using their vest picture (same colors, same patch). Due to illness and hospitalization I did not notice it was a different vest until I took it in to have my patches sewn on about five or six weeks later. The quality of this vest is good but the unbending policies of this company are not consumer friendly. I emailed the company the same day I noticed I had the wrong vest and asked them if I paid the additional costs, could I exchange the vest. I was told, "Hello, Im so sorry we offer a 14 day exchange policy. This order well exceeds the timefrome in which an exchange can be made." What can I say? I know that I made the mistake when I ordered, but couldn't they be a little more accommodating? Like I said, I can't say anything bad about the product, but I will make others in the service animal community aware that they might be better off purchasing their products from a more consumer friendly company. read more

I had received both the ID card and the vest for my dog and I have not been able to get into any public spaces. All of the locations have told me that the ID card looks fake and will not allow my dog inside as a service dog. Don't ever order items from this business. Customer service basically just stating policies and wasn't helpful with solutions. Kyle said "Policy is their solution and asking to speak with supervisor will not change that" and she disconnected me (via online chat support) What an attitude! I just read their policy that they will not refund any purchase. The vest I ordered did not fit so I would like my money back. An email did not elicit a response. Any company that does not stand behind their product, in my opinion, is not reputable. Customer satisfaction should be of utmost importance but it seems this company only wants to make money. I am so unhappy with this company. My Service Dog is a Small Yorkie that I carry close to me. The tag that they sent me for XXS Dogs was a huge metal over size tag for a very large dog. False representation! Also I purchased the higher quality vest for her and marked of course XXS. The front strap and bucket (clasp) is made for very large dogs and covers her entire front chest. I thought they'd make different vests for different size dogs. I don't recommend them. They want me to pay for shipping for them to send out a lesser quality vest for her. I just called WorkingServiceDog.com and got a human being and they were very helpful. They answered my questions and I'm placing my order today. I am a little dismayed after reading these reviews. Especially after reading Activedogs.com reviews first and deciding to steer clear. If you place your order on Thursday, it wouldn't be processed until Friday, then shipped on at the latest Saturday. It still wouldn't have made it to you until Wednesday or Thursday. Sounds like you should have planned ahead instead of trying to damage a company who was following normal shipping and handling procedures. If they ship 2-3 days they still have to process the orders. That takes a day or two. Pay attention next time before you bad mouth a company for your poor reading skills. read more
