Because of the recent time shift, the facility was severely short-staffed, and Claudine was running the entire place completely by herself for about an hour. She worked that room as if she were three different people! I was there on a scooter with a broken foot, and she went above and beyond to make me feel special, heard, and important. When she drew my blood, she told me there would be a "slight stick," but before I could even get the words out of my mouth, she was already done painlessly. She is a master of her craft! While she was holding down the fort alone, a new customer in the lobby was anxious and needed to get out quickly. I reassured her that I come here often and never wait more than 10 minutes, and because of the calm, smooth environment Claudine maintained, not a single person in that lobby complained. True to form, as I was leaving, they were calling that patient right back! Despite being slammed, Claudine even took the time to help me with my scooter and walked me all the way to the exit to hold the door open. When Chasney and the rest of the staff arrived, the teamwork was just amazing and seamless. I asked Claudine if she was the manager and she said no, but that she is applying for a leadership position. Management, she absolutely needs to be promoted! I can only follow the instructions you give me, and explaining those instructions should not come with an attitude. JADA'S approach made a straightforward visit unnecessarily uncomfortable. Customers should never feel like an inconvenience for needing guidance. Basic respect is the minimum standard for customer service. Based on my experience, that standard was not met.
