The whole interior is gorgeous. I'm currently in the market for a new couch and have some specific "musts" in mind. CB2's Faible couch collection is a dream and their Lumis couch collection is like their RH cloud couch dupe. Huge comfy couch goals! Was great to see and get a feel for the dimensions in person. Had a really friendly sales person approach me quickly, but wasn't pushy at all. I didn't have a lot of time in the store today (had an appt nearby that I had to get to), and he fielded some rapid fire questions about the couches nicely and knowledgeably. I may be back soon! While I didn't have a chance to look at prices throughout the store too closely, it doesn't seem like it'd be the most budget friendly spot. But I got the first impression that price fits/matches the quality here!

When I ordered it it was a bit delayed in terms of delivery (as most things are these days) and during that time the price went down by a good percentage. I called their customer service to see if I could get a price adjustment and they were kind enough to assist and get me the discount. Score! Also, I assumed the items would be shipped but they were actually delivered by the West Elm/Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma delivery team, and they brought the items and set them up for us. I thought I was going to spend my evening putting furniture together and breaking down boxes but all I had to do was arrange the pieces where they needed to go. Double score! The set is sturdy and great quality. The table is very heavy, as are the chairs and the bench. Our previous table was light weight and as such was beginning to fall apart after a few years. This piece, I think, is going to last us a very long time. And it's made from sustainable wood to boot. Triple score (for the environment!). I can't wait to have our first meal on the deck on this new beautiful set!

Buyer Beware! We…read morerecently purchased four Poltrona Frau dining chairs from this company for ~$12k, only to find the frame of one cracked. Arkitektura has been extremely unhelpful. We purchased several Poltrona Frau pieces in the past - dining table, lounge chairs, twelve dining chairs, coffee table. The furniture is exceptionally high quality, but on one occasion we had an issue with the workmanship on a piece, and it was immediately replaced. We thought that was an attribute of how Poltrona Frau stands behind their products, but it turns out it is an attribute of the Poltrona Frau distributor. The only difference between our past orders and this last order is that our others orders were purchased through Perigold, and included free delivery to our home. The Perigold Customer Service team immediately worked to remedy the situation and replace the defective chair at no cost to us. We've had the opposite experience with the a Arkitektura team. They have made this our issue, and instead of working with the manufacturer to fix this, they told is they'd sell us a replacement. I will never trust this company with our business again. Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered. Additional background: This firm has a sketchy warehouse where orders are shipped to. Because we were unable to get them to schedule a delivery for several weeks after the chairs were received at the warehouse, I sent my husband to pick them ip. The warehouse manager carried the chairs and loaded them onto our truck in a way where the cracked frame of the chair was facing him and not visible. As the chairs were unloaded from my husband's truck less than ten minutes later the broken framed was noticed and the company was immediately notified. Again, they refuse to take any ownership and have made this our issue. I recommend purchasing any high end furniture with a company that actually cares about their clients. That is not the case for Arkitektura.
