I recently got a membership ! I like the machines (there are many of them) I also like how they have classes etc, The place is extremely clean and in good condition! the trainer called me asking if I wanted 2 make a apt for my free session, I went in and we sat down, I had the worst experience. the trainer talked about THEMSELVES THE WHOLE TIME (very personal information at that) I never got showed any of the equipment at all. A Complete waste of my time. Def Def would not get a trainer from this gym, They dont even seem to care about there job @ all! What a shame!!! read more

The equipment is clean, modern, and always maintained. Parking at this gym is awful, and there are SOOOO many people that go to this gym, not only do I have to park down the street, but I find myself sitting around waiting for a treadmill to use. During peak hours, this gym is close to impossible to workout at. I'd rather pay a few extra bux and join a different health club that isn't so...over-populated. read more

I think the gym would be a great experience if you didnt bring your children into the child care area,or want to shower after working out. Every time I bring my daughter into the child care its always crowded. (I DO PAY an extra fee monthly for the child care!) Which is ok, but the girls who "watch" the kids are always SITTING on the floor and not doing anything! I dont expect them to teach my child anything, its not daycare or school, but at least GET up and watch the kids. One girl was sitting and leaning against the wall and closing her eyes while the other girl that watches the children was ignoring the babies & paying attention to ONE little girl (who I think is actually her daughter since shes ALWAYS paying attention to her only.) I constantly feel like I have to peak in and see if my baby is ok. As I was picking her up to leave I saw 2 twin babies in a double stroller sitting ALONE with no one watching them. Its so weird. And as for the showers in the womens locker room, they are clean, great, everything is fine except the curtains are falling down and the staff is constantly cleaning (WHICH is a great thing!) except this girl almost sucked up my clothes with a vacuum that were in my bag on the floor in front of the shower. It would be a GREAT gym if they would change the child care. They should also give you those light up coaster things they give you at restaurants for when they need to call you into the child care instead of a piece of paper that has a number on it. If you dont have kids, the gym part is good, crowded most of the time, but you get what you pay for, and the membership price cant be beat. read more

I am so frustrated with the parking problem that I'm thinking about asking for a refund. I've gone twice this week and NO parking available ANYWHERE! I'm about done! I'd like to talk to the city about this problem and maybe some business bureau. This is UNACCEPTABLE and if and when the shops across the street ever get rented out there will be NO PARKING what-so-ever. Maybe that's the reason why those shops aren't rented out because everyone has to use the space in front of them as overflow parking for the gym! read more

The facility is great. It is clean and the equipment is maintained. They have replaced the original lockers, and that is a real pro. The equipment is maintained. Parking in the evenings is a challenge. Be careful when signing up for Blast Fitness Teaining. We missed the cutoff for renewing because we could not reach a real live person to cancel after the mandadory 60 days. We got suckered into paying for 90 days! All you ever reach is a voicemail--no real customer service. After being suckered into the extra 30 days of training with Blast Fitness, we received truly unprofessional service from the trainer. He was a no show for 2 sessions and while claiming to credit our account, he didn't so we lost a $40.00 paid session. Then the manager promised to take care of us, put the final 2 sessions with victor who blew off our first session and it took 4 phone calls to be rescheduled, then he blew us of for the final session, not only once, but twice. The manager never returned any of our phone calls, For our last session, Because of history, we called Victor to confirm, and he advised that he was going to be late by at least 30 minutes. I asked if he believed in notifying a client that he was going to be late or not show for an appointment and the reply was "I'm doing you a favor"....what favorI paid for 12 sessions and received only 11 sessions!!!
