Firstly, the ordering process was fast and hassle-free. His website was having a bit of a tech issue, but John was fast to respond to my email and resolved the problem with ease. Secondly, the customer service I received was outstanding by John. I was ordering 40 shirts and that can be nerve racking paying all that money and hoping for the best not knowing the result.
