I used a similar practitioner in the LA area. I think Prolong is a better approach and less expensive with better results. Not all practitioners are looking out for you. I cannot recommend Revere and suggest that those on Medicare avoid Revere Health. My wife needed an MRI for her knee using Medicare. Revere told her they sold their old machine to another provider, and their machine was much better. Medicare did not pay all of the bill which was around $900. I went to a Physician assistant at Revere concerning my hip. The bill exceeded $900. Medicare did not cover the balance. I paid the copay upon arrival, and Revere billed me additional. I am shocked that a simple visit could exceed $900. I will never go to Revere again.

As we arrived to the ER it was busy as you could see by the amount of people in the ER waiting room. They took my wife back within ten minutes of arriving. I was appreciative and left to park the car. I arrived back to find my wife in an ER holding room moaning and crying in pain. I stepped outside of the room to find out what we needed to do to relieve the discomfort and pain, I encountered Carolyn, a registrar for IHC, whom was extremely rude and uncaring related to my wife's pain and discomfort, she stated, "we've done an EKG and she's not having a heart attack so its obviously anxiety related" I asked her "can you hear my wife moaning in pain" and she replied "she'll be fine" and returned to looking at her computer. I couldn't believe the disdain of her demeanor and attitude as my wife moaned in pain. I returned to my wife in utter disbelief. We eventually were taken back to see the MD and nurse whom were professional and took good care of my wife. I write this review in hopes to train and educate the frontline staff to remember they are the first ones the patients and family encounter when unfortunate and unexpected health related issues occur requiring the need of trained health care professionals.
