I've been to this location several times and have always thoroughly enjoyed the sushi! Whether we got our order to go, or sat inside to dine, the food has always tasted fresh. Our last visit we had fairly slow service, but we understood how busy they were and the challenges of staffing during COVID. Other than that, we've always had a great experience. It would only be worth it if you order all items from the All You Can Eat menu. We ordered a variety of sushi rolls and all had quality taste and a nice presentation. Service was fast and friendly. But tables did not appear to be set up with social distancing measures. There was a couple at the table next to us and I felt we were a little too close. Overall the food and service was pretty good. This kid knows her sushi and rolls as she has been eating it since before she had teeth. I ordered the Spider Roll and the Boston Roll. I have to agree with my daughter, they were "meh". My hubby ordered the Pad Thai and said it was "okay, but not great." We ordered the green tea which was AWFUL. It tasted like hot water, not tea. We went with the $21.99 all-you-can-overeat plan and enjoyed a variety of rolls and nigiri. Unfortunately, this option is only available 11:30AM - 2:30PM, but I will remain hopeful of that changing in the future. Standouts were the Rainbow and Dragon rolls and we also enjoyed the pork potstickers (Gyoza). Like others have said and you can see in photos, the decor / ambiance is very nice and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We got our table and didn't know we're supposed to use our phone for the menu as we were not told. We figured it out and placed our order only to wait longer. Our soup came warm not hot but the salads were great. We ordered tempura dishes this time along with an order of rolls. Food were great but took a long time to get them on our table. Not liked by anyone, and they forgot the sweet and sour dipping sauce Mongolian beef - nicely sliced thin beef, lots of onions, Well liked Shrimp with vegetables - in a dark brown sauce, shrimp had a breading and were deep fried, nice array of vegetables, zucchini, squash, asparagus. Sushi, service, and drinks are all phenomenal (try a Sake Martini!!), however cleanliness has fallen short on my last two visits. I have had to ask for clean glasses (mine were visibly dirty with dried on lettuce and finger prints), clean plates, and there were an unsettling few small drain flies on and around our table/section. I'm so glad this sushi restaurant is right near my house! The decor is very modern and clean. I feel like we are in a Las Vegas style restaurant. The waitresses were so friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the service. The food is excellent. We came here at 4:00pm and every day from 3-7 many things on the menu are 30% off. We started with the clear soup. A clear mushroom scallion broth soup with a tiny hint of a spicy kick. Delish!!! We both said we would come here for this soup alone! We had the crab rangoons next. They were crispy and full of filling. Yummy. Finally we had the California roll and the spicy crab stick roll. Ordered from Woow sushi in Algonquin yesterday for lunch and was about 2 pieces into my shrimp tempura roll when I found this piece of metal in my sushi. Working in the food industry I know this is a piece of metal from a metal scrubber to clean dishes. As soon as I found this in my sushi I called them and asked to speak to the manager and the girl said she was when I explained what happened she told me to text the pictures to a phone number I had to ask who I was texting and was told his name is Kevin. I texted Kevin and didn't hear back for 2 hours, so I called the number, another woman answered and I asked to speak to Kevin then she set the phone down and got back on the phone and said he was too busy to talk and would call me back. At 9pm I still received no call from Kevin and he wasn't answering his phone anymore so I called the store. I spoke to the same woman I had spoken with all day and instead of ever apologizing about THE MISTAKE THEY MADE they just offered me a credit in which I responded I won't want to eat there anymore and they said they would refund the money tomorrow when they call the credit card company in the morning. I asked the lady to give me a call after she did that and I still have not received that call. Moral of the story everyone be careful eating here, they obviously don't care about their customers read more

Went there on the weekend. Everything was great and perfect!!! The restaurant decor is so beautiful, great service. Our waitress she is so nice and friendly. They have a great team work, everybody just looked so happy and enjoy their job.. bring a good vibes to the costumer. We ordered a bunch of sushi rolls one of them was fire roll. Went for all you can eat sushi, and there were not many other patrons at the restaurant. Our initial order took 40 minutes to arrive. No explanation, other than one roll was deep fried and that "took longer." The deep fried roll wasn't good, making the wait worse. We had ordered conservatively expecting the opportunity to order more food, but an hour and a half in we gave up and left. Will never try again after several disappointing visits in a row. I parked assuming Noodles in Company or Sushi Station type setting, but this place has place mats (and they weren't even paper!) and a menu with multiple pages in a book.! Ordered the crab Rangoon (4 pcs) and combo Pad Thai (shrimp, chicken, and beef). Pad Thai portion was huge! Per my husband - "you have at least two days worth of leftovers!" He had the chicken fried rice and General's Chicken (dinner size) and even he had leftovers - which is more than a little surprising. I tried his fried rice and thought it was fantastic! Crab Rangoon came out popping hot and was also pretty tasty. I don't think anything will ever beat the Pad Thai I had while in Thailand, but this was flavorful with just a hint of heat.
