I'm not sure why Woolworths and Coles staff constantly act as though we're doing them a favour by shopping there.. but they do. IGA staff don't. IGA staff give you a bright smile, ask how your day was (as in, REALLY ask, and wait for an answer, rather than just rattled off some pre-determined sentence as instructed to by their superiors) and generally act like they give a hoot.

Big store and because it's new it's relatively quiet! Which is the just the best thing ever... Anyway to avoid the crowds and I'm there! Staff are helpful.
