The best part about this Coles is the convenience, for Parramattians. Ever since this opened no more navigating the chaos carpark of Westfield Parramatta and their lack of late night hours. They have easy access underground parking with 3hr free parking cause like, whose shopping at Coles longer than that really. They have a surprisingly large and variant range of products, including their own in-house fresh bakery and deli. They cater to halal and kosher if you're down with that also. Considering the space they have to work with, they have an extensive coverage of meat, dairy and frozen foods. I can literally find all my groceries and then some here. Located on the corner of Victoria and Church St, Parramatta. At this destination you will find Entrada where you have residential and retail. This Coles supermarket is located on the ground floor and has only been open a couple of years and it still feels brand new. (oh so shiny) It opens everyday from 6am to midnight and is massive! Parking can sometimes be a tight squeeze as its underground so if you have a big vehicle- be warned. Great option of you don't want to go to Westfields. read more

I love my local Coles. I wish I lived upstairs from this place. There's a ton of supermarkets in the Parra area and although this is a drive for me, its in my opinion, the one that consistently offers the freshest fruit and veg. They have a seafood section (handy for last min purchases). There's a smorgasboard of cheese for your own selection next to the deli counter. They have turkey breast, thigh and mince (which is a rare find in other stores like woolies). The aisles make sense .. except for that very first one after the fruit and veg - its always the 'reject' aisle .. its where seasonal stuff is dumped (like discounted easter eggs, or maybe blankets). They have done away with a lot of the checkout counters and have installed a HEAP of the self service ones, so if you aren't a fan of the self serve, prepare to wait a while .. speaking of, if the manager of this coles happens to stumble across this review, let me be the first to congratulate you on one of your checkout lads - this kid had ALL customers in stitches .. even the couple in front of me spent a good minute after having paid just hanging about hooked on the convo - how refreshing!! My go to supermarket because the hours are good, I've always found parking quickly & easily & quick checkouts so you can get in & out in quick time with minimal fuss because who wants to waste their life in supermarkets. Decent enough fresh fruit & veges & deli but is missing a few options in basic groceries which can be a bit frustrating when you're after something specific & have to go elsewhere for one or two things you couldn't get. read more

Fantastic staff! Staff represent the company and I can see Coles prides itself with exceptional customer service. After my Aldi's experience with awful staff who lack customer service skills and was unprofessional due to their behaviour towards customers I now have a new found respect for Cole's and having experienced both Coles by far is the winner here, I will gladly spend my money at Coles due to the exceptional staff and experience at Coles. I would like to ask your opinion on opening a store before cleaning has been completed and your WHS policy. This morning at approx 6.20am I entered Coles Entrada to not only find lettuce etc that hadn't been cleaned off the floor, but unbeknownst to me a puddle of water underneath it all.It wasn't until I slipped and came crashing down on the floor! I would like to make it known that i am a regular customer at this store and while I have thankfully not previously fallen, mess on the floor is a common site at this hour. Once I recovered from the shock and embarrassment of another customer seeing me fall, I proceeded to get what I needed and then returned back in time to take photos as cleaning staff approached the area. I did not want to make a fuss as I was aware of time for me to get to work and stress staff at that hour of morning but I made it known it happened and staff asked if I was ok. Not to mention the amount of pain and discomfort I have been in all day with a sore knee, ankle and neck, and still breaking out in bruising. I understand you may try and save cost with not paying for a night cleaning service when the store is closed as opposed to when you have customers entering at opening hours (6am) but is it really going to end up saving you in the long run? Imagine if I was an elderly or less mobile, I'm sure the injuries sustained would have been catastrophic. I would like to stress the staff do a great job in this store but recently are constantly under pressure with limited staff on duty especially during peak hours and again the store cost cutting with placing self service check outs which creates frustrated customers having to wait and loyal staff losing out on wanted hours of work. The above incident will not put me off from returning to your store however hope to see a quick response to my comments above as I would not like to see another customer experience what I did today and recover from injury. read more
